Ordered flowers for a memorial service, working off the website and by phone. The employee I worked with was warm, upbeat, and professional. They enthusiastically made an adjustment to the types of flowers normally used. The arrangements are even more beautiful in person than they look in photos. Delivery was flawless, and delivery person was kind and also professional. My experience with Long's has me pledging to order flowers more often.

Recently my mother had passed away and I chose this business to provide flower arrangements for her Catholic Mass. The people at this business were very friendly and accommodating in this difficult time. I have no experience with flowers for an occasion like this and they made me feel very comfortable in selecting the proper floral items. The gentleman who help me was very knowledgeable and aided me to select very beautiful flowers. I will use them again for our floral needs. Thank you. read more

I ordered flowers late in the day the day prior to my moms birthday. They were delivered before 11am on her birthday and were lovely, even prettier than pictured. She was thrilled with them! I was a bit surprised they made it to her home without any hassle since her house is not easy to find and some 20 miles from Longs Flowers. I expected a call from a confused delivery driver but they made it just fine without a call. The gentleman who helped me on the phone the day before was very helpful, had a can do attitude and friendly. Very happy with this florist and will use again! read more

I've been ordering flowers for my parent's birthdays for over three years now. Being on the East Coast, it's hard to guarantee quality, but Long's Flowers have delivered beautiful flowers on short notice and have excellent service. They will go pick out fresh fruits to add to your order! I worked with a very friendly lady at Long's, Cori, and she was extremely helpful and quick. I had a 5 minute chat and the flower arrangement we picked out is gorgeous! read more

Amazing service. Called them at 10:30am or so as I was driving to Portland and asked them if I could work something out for same day. I gave super vague information on what I wanted, a price range, and they were amazing. They made the delivery nearly 20 miles away within 2 hours! And it was super, super reasonable. I will definitely be buying from here again. Amazing service, super friendly, great price, and amazing quality. 100% recommended! read more

Great big shout out to Long's Flowers for bailing me out of a bad spot. Mother's Day arrived this year and I realized I hadn't ordered flowers for my wife. I called Long's feeling a little panicky and explained the situation to them. I told them how I was an egghead and my wife shouldn't suffer for this. "She loves carnations" I explained and keep in mind this is at 10am. Well not only did they help me, they put together a beautiful bouquet of carnations and I had them by Noon. We recently buried my husband and went to longs for the flowers. They were great. Very respectful and even loaned us a "tri-pod" to use at the funeral for a picture of my husband to hang from it. They could have sold us the tri-pod for $12.50, but offered to loan it to us instead. Cannot say enough good things about them. They were very caring and gave us the time we needed to select the flowers. read more
