In the most disrespectful tone, she said, "all sales are final." the owner Eric who was in that day, intervened and gave me a refund, but he was also extremely argumentative and tried to get me to buy something else. When I told him my concerns about what happened, he became defensive and denied everything. They have high-quality goods in there but have poor business integrity.
