We walked in and was greeted by one of the most awesome salespersons. Greg was so nice, it was like talking to an old friend. You don't find that much anywhere in sales. Greg showed us around the store and went in-depth explaining each mattress. He told us how and where they were made and how great the owner of the company was, Doug Petrosky. The owners name is on a big sign with his personal number on it!! Where do you find that in a store! He ask us questions on our sleep patterns, our likes and dislikes. He then encouraged us to feel free to lie down, turn on our sides and get comfortable like we would at home. We sampled many mattresses, never feeling hurried at all. We found one we loved and purchased it. It will be delivered on Friday and we cannot wait. We are so thankful that Greg was there when we walked in, he is a floater and moves around from other locations but he was the best we have met in our two years of shopping for a mattress. In the most disrespectful tone, she said, "all sales are final." the owner Eric who was in that day, intervened and gave me a refund, but he was also extremely argumentative and tried to get me to buy something else. When I told him my concerns about what happened, he became defensive and denied everything. They have high-quality goods in there but have poor business integrity.
