If you have any kind of a deadline, do NOT order from them. I made the mistake of ordering a mug. It was packaged very poorly. They only used a very weak cardboard frame, and absolutely no cushioning of any kind. I'm sure they thought they were saving money on packaging, but how much money did that save them since now they have to give me a refund? I am particularly frustrated because I had paid extra for their fastest shipping. When I reached out to them to let them know what happened, the fastest they could get a replacement to me was in 6 business days! So much for expedited shipping! The event I needed the gift for will have passed, so there is no point in having them send a replacement. The shirts are made of 100% cotton (not the tank tops they are a blend) but are very thin and flimsy. These shirts have GOT to be either hand washed or delicate cycle with only cold water. What is Look Human? It's a website where nerds buy gym clothes, comfy winterwear, and THE BEST phone cases. Look Human is AWESOME!!! This review is mostly for my phone cases over the past 4 years but also for my favorite raglan sweatshirt that says "Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot, & Prongs." I love the heck out of it and wear it often, yet it's still in one piece. I've never had any issues with quality from Look Human, and everything has always arrived on time. I could knock off a star for some clothes I've ordered over the years where the graphic looks funny (usually tank tops) BUT as a large breasted woman I knew better and ordered anyway. None of them were so silly-looking that I wouldn't wear them. The one with 2 d20s that says "Yes, they're natural" is a particularly hilarious sight to behold. They have so many fun designs with pop culture references, and I have quite a few in my collection. I prefer the raglan design over the tanks, which run a little tighter and are not as comfy. I don't recommend the racerbacks because they are too lightweight and the material is too thin for my taste. You have to layer them with another tank or cami. They also have weird hems that cause the material to curl up after a few uses. Again my experiences have been so overwhelmingly awesome that I still rate Look Human 5 stars, but these were a low point imho. My favorite item they carry is the Crash Bandicoot Aku-Aku iPhone Hard Case. I had the 5s one for nearly 4 years and dropped it so many times, yet no damage was ever done to the phone. Not only is the design simply wumpa-ful, but it is durable. I HAD to have one for my recently purchased iPhone 7, and thankfully they had one in stock. Each runs at about $35 normally. You can't beat it. Lastly, they often have promos and sales so I recommend joining their subscription list. The latest phone case was on sale, and if you order $45 worth of stuff shipping turns out to be free. Customer service has always been great if I had to return or exchange an item, and like I mentioned earlier I don't remember having any issues with shipping timeframes. I have ordered from lookhuman several times. It has never been great. One t-shirt that I ordered became completely shredded just from contact with my belt on TWO wears. The most recent order was a nightmare. It was running late, which I expected because of covid, but the tracking number they had sent kept coming up with an error message that the tracking number didn't exist. After several days of this error message, I finally messaged their customer service team and was told to wait because of delays with shipping and get back to them at the end of the week. I still kept getting error messages. So I messaged them again explaining that the tracking number didn't exist. We went back and forth, basically telling me that they were replacing the order, me waiting for a week, then explaining that it MIGHT be shipped by the end of the week, the following week having two messages completely ignored, then both orders showing up. In all, it was a month and a half from my original order. So I don't know what happened, but customer service was pretty apathetic, and several of the items I received were not done well, actually having white streaks in the printing. read more

Their website stated in one location that print time before shipment was 2-3 days and at checkout it stated 2-5 days. I paid for Priority shipping to ensure the item arrived in time. I emailed them twice, once about 10 days after my order was placed and another about 4 weeks after my order was placed. Both times they said they were experiencing delays and did not have a date for my order to ship yet. Finally, I emailed and asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded as the event I needed them for had passed. At this point, they emailed me back and said my item was "lost in the mail." I don't believe this at all because USPS tracking shows it was never delivered to the post office. Even if it had, the shipping label was for USPS Ground, not the Priority shipping I paid extra for. I placed my order on April 15, 2020. I received an email 2 weeks later stating that because of the high demands, my order was going to take longer than expected to ship out. On May 3rd I was tired of waiting and sent an email regarding the status of my order and asking for a refund if it had not been shipped yet. They didn't respond, so i emailed them 3 days in a row. May 3-6. They FINALLY replied to all three of them with a generic automated response. They didn't even acknowledge the refund part of my request. On May 8 my items were finally shipped out. The promo code I was told to use was not really a promo code and didn't change the discount, the "any 3 mugs for $22.99" offer was false, even though it was honored correctly in my August order, regardless of the mug's size. It has been hours of back & forth and I've decided to just not place the order. I've wasted enough time writing emails, stating why I believe the sale advertising is false, asking where the promo codes can be found on the site, clearing cookies as they suggested, and getting increasingly frustrated at the lack of answers. My August order arrived with the mugs not packed in a box for gift giving, the item missing, a pair of socks shoved inside of one of the mugs & a blank greeting card that's much smaller than a 'regular' sized greeting card at a comparable price. Avoid. Customer service is lacking and do not respond to emails if you have a problem. I shot them an email on Thursday 2/4 and another email yesterday 2/8. I have yet to hear back for any resolution or even any concern. Beware of their blankets. While they look pretty when it arrives, by the 2nd and 3rd wash, they become a pilly dust ball mess. This is with solo washing and following the directions on the blanket. I am attaching photos of all the blankets I have ordered - I even ordered 2 of same blanket thinking I received a dud. Fool me twice, shame one me - yet I still had the nerve to shop here. I will no longer support this business because they ignore customer emails. Maybe I should have emailed sooner when I realized their blankets were a mess. I genuinely really wanted to order more because they're so cute but am stopping myself due to their lack of resolution. The colors of the print are faded so much you can barely see it. It looks like I've owned it for five years and been through multiple washes. A true black on a purple shirt should show up just fine, but when I contacted look human to tell them about the poor quality, their solution was to exchange it for a brighter color shirt. Don't expect anything to ship in a timely fashion. I ordered one simple, single item from their website on December 7 as a Christmas gift. When I ordered it, there was no notice of the item being out of stock, backordered, or that shipping would be delayed. Not until December 13 did I receive an email saying that the order would be delayed, but would "reach you in time for the holidays." I leave for my holidays tomorrow, December 20, and nothing. They gave me a shipping/tracking number, but for days it has said that the USPS is still waiting for the item, so it hasn't shipped yet. This company is a joke. I ordered face masks from them almost two months ago. They told me that they would ship within two weeks and that was the last I ever heard of them. What I find even more insulting is the fact that within these two months I received constant aggressive emails from them pushing other products. It is great to advertise and promote yourself, but perhaps you should focus on meeting your existing demand before trying to push people to buy from you more. After two months, I lost my patience and emailed them. In my email, I told them that I expected a refund if the order was still not ready to ship. After over a week, a CSR responded. There was no apology or acknowledgement of how unreasonably long things were taking, let alone some sort of explanation or offer for trying to keep my business in the future. They just said that my refund will be processed in a week or two. That's it. As far as I am concerned, this company should not exist. I received my items and was slightly underwhelmed. I ordered 2 pairs of socks and 2 tanks. One tank I ordered is a women's racerback, the other was a 2 x juniors women's. I was not a fan of the fit of either tank (I am a little picky about what I think looks good on me), the racerback had noticeably uneven straps (because it is no hem). I went back and read the description again and it does indicate that there's not a hem. This was my mistake in ordering. The junior tank just fits oddly on me. I didn't particularly like the look. The socks are a bit tight, but I assume they will loosen up a bit with more use. I decided to email customer service about the tanks and see if I could exchange, or return. They offered for me to exchange, and keep the old tanks! I just assumed I made the mistake in ordering the wrong things and would just get a refund or exchange. All in all, if you can find a good sale going on, the print quality is pretty good. The material quality on the racerback is also really good. It is worth it since they are willing to work with you if you are not happy with a purchase. I was happy with the result and their quick responses through customer service. Thanks Delphia! I ordered women's one-size-fits-all socks and they fit my men's size 13 feet. Emailed them asking if I accidentally ordered the mens and 6 days later they responded saying men's and women's socks are the same size. I placed an order on 5/3/17 with an anticipated arrival date of 5/11/17. On 5/11/17, the day that it should have arrived, the company sent me an email with some random snarky message like "Oops, looks like you have great taste. One of the items on your orders is out of stock." The email didn't offer any further steps and didn't state which of the items was out of stock, just gave a code for $5 off my next order (as if there is going to be a next order). I went to the website to utilize their chat feature, the person stated that none of the items in my order had shipped and that the company had intended to fulfill the order when the item was back in stock. Meaning that I can expect to receive the order that I placed on 5/3 around 5/22. None of this I would have known had I not been the one to contact them, as they made no attempt to inform me. When I pointed out that this is extremely poor business practice and that an out of stock item should not have taken so long to be reported to me (in fact, most websites would tell you an item was out of stock before you can even place your order), the person told me that there were no supervisors available over the weekend. The person who assisted me on the chat feature was very nice but entirely unable to offer any sort of actual explanation or resolution. I am now awaiting a return call on Monday from a supervisor, I will update this review if and when I hear from them. The Material is nice, soft, comfy, still has the nice textile texture after a few months from wearing and than washing. my only complaint is the design on the shirts are peeling off, I have some that are pressed on the shirt so the design kinda of pops out mostly the shirts with words on them or a picture and some that are inked on the shirt. I love the company and their products , i will be buying more from this site and since i usually buy over 60$ worth of product I always get free shipping which i think is worth a purchase, to buy over 60$ since they have great stuff. read more
