If you have any kind of a deadline, do NOT order from them. I made the mistake of ordering a mug. It was packaged very poorly. They only used a very weak cardboard frame, and absolutely no cushioning of any kind. I'm sure they thought they were saving money on packaging, but how much money did that save them since now they have to give me a refund? I am particularly frustrated because I had paid extra for their fastest shipping. When I reached out to them to let them know what happened, the fastest they could get a replacement to me was in 6 business days! So much for expedited shipping! The event I needed the gift for will have passed, so there is no point in having them send a replacement. And honestly, unless they are upgrading their shipping materials, I'm sure the replacement would arrive broken as well. Their customer service person tried to make me feel sorry for them by saying they were just a small startup company. How unprofessional! I will never be purchasing from them again, and I strongly recommend that you save yourself some aggravation and take your business elsewhere.

Extremely rough screen print and already coming off.

When the package finally arrived yesterday it was apparent that the t shirts are very crudely made. The designs are already peeling and are SUPER rough. The shirts are made of 100% cotton (not the tank tops they are a blend) but are very thin and flimsy. These shirts have GOT to be either hand washed or delicate cycle with only cold water. The shipping took a very very long time but I reached out to customer service they were helpful, apparently something was on "back order." Not worth the money I spent at all, we will not be purchasing from here again.

More peeling print

The shipping is extremely slow, and the printing on the shirts is garbage. It peels off after one wash. Every time I contact the customer support, they refuse to refund me and they only send me a new shirt. I'm going to have to get my bank to do a charge back. There's reviews on their website but no way to actually leave a review so obviously they're fake.

What is Look Human? It's a website where nerds buy gym clothes, comfy winterwear, and THE BEST phone cases. Look Human is AWESOME!!! This review is mostly for my phone cases over the past 4 years but also for my favorite raglan sweatshirt that says "Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot, & Prongs." I love the heck out of it and wear it often, yet it's still in one piece. I've never had any issues with quality from Look Human, and everything has always arrived on time. I could knock off a star for some clothes I've ordered over the years where the graphic looks funny (usually tank tops) BUT as a large breasted woman I knew better and ordered anyway. None of them were so silly-looking that I wouldn't wear them. The one with 2 d20s that says "Yes, they're natural" is a particularly hilarious sight to behold. They have so many fun designs with pop culture references, and I have quite a few in my collection. I prefer the raglan design over the tanks, which run a little tighter and are not as comfy. I don't recommend the racerbacks because they are too lightweight and the material is too thin for my taste. You have to layer them with another tank or cami. They also have weird hems that cause the material to curl up after a few uses. Again my experiences have been so overwhelmingly awesome that I still rate Look Human 5 stars, but these were a low point imho. My favorite item they carry is the Crash Bandicoot Aku-Aku iPhone Hard Case. I had the 5s one for nearly 4 years and dropped it so many times, yet no damage was ever done to the phone. Not only is the design simply wumpa-ful, but it is durable. I HAD to have one for my recently purchased iPhone 7, and thankfully they had one in stock. Each runs at about $35 normally. You can't beat it. Lastly, they often have promos and sales so I recommend joining their subscription list. The latest phone case was on sale, and if you order $45 worth of stuff shipping turns out to be free. Customer service has always been great if I had to return or exchange an item, and like I mentioned earlier I don't remember having any issues with shipping timeframes. This place is GREAT for gifts or spoiling your nerdy self! Website: LookHuman.com

I have three uniforms for life. Work= t shirt blazer and jeans. Non-work hours= t shirt jeans. Gym/running= t shirt or tank and running pants. Look Human has helped me with the latter. I made a binge purchase from their website a couple weeks ago when shirts were $20 and free shipping for orders over $50. I received my order within about a week and a half (they print the designs when you order) and I made a mistake of ordering the wrong size. Look Human went out of their way to correct my mistake! I love great customer service! I will surely be a return customer. Look Human 4 Eva! (Put that on a t-shirt)

Racer back tank strap

I've ordered 3 items: tote bag, racer back tank, and a coffee mug. So far I've only gotten the tank (which is fine the other two items should arrive shortly) but the tank left me a bit bummed... The design (Mouse Rat Logo) is fine, not as vibrant as I would like but it's cute! The tank it's self feels so. So. Cheap. There are no real hems it's just a finishing stitch on raw edges, the straps are thin and weak, and it's a bit scratchy. It looks and feels cheap. For $20 I was excepting decent quality.

Sailor moon blanket 1

Avoid. Customer service is lacking and do not respond to emails if you have a problem. I shot them an email on Thursday 2/4 and another email yesterday 2/8. I have yet to hear back for any resolution or even any concern. Beware of their blankets. While they look pretty when it arrives, by the 2nd and 3rd wash, they become a pilly dust ball mess. This is with solo washing and following the directions on the blanket. I am attaching photos of all the blankets I have ordered - I even ordered 2 of same blanket thinking I received a dud. Fool me twice, shame one me - yet I still had the nerve to shop here. I will no longer support this business because they ignore customer emails. Maybe I should have emailed sooner when I realized their blankets were a mess. I genuinely really wanted to order more because they're so cute but am stopping myself due to their lack of resolution. Note, I completely understand am within my rights to file a chargeback with Visa and will consider doing so if I don't hear anything soon. This is a joke considering you've replied to my shipping change emails within 24 hours. If you use the excuse "we get so many emails...." perhaps consider using a different email address on your marketing campaigns so actual customer issues don't get lost!

I ordered a pin some time ago. I never received it and never got any sort of notifications. I emailed them and never got a response.

I saw this shop here on Yelp and decided I wanted to stop in and check it out. I had never been…read morehere before and really didn't know too much about it other than what I saw and read online. In one of the pics I saw a little beehive Christmas ornament so thought I would go check it out (my mom is bee anything crazy). I wasn't sure where the GPS was taking me but once I saw the beatiful mural on the side, I knew where I was heading. Really friendly staff and some really cute gifts here. I was promptly greeted when I came in and was offered some coffee or water. I had to pass as it was a quick stop but I really liked the vide here. The shop had a bit of everything including clothing, candles, jewelry, and all sorts of gifts including some gorgeous drinking glasses. Definitely worth browsing just to check it all out. Overall, it looked like the general price point is on the higher end but nothing too outrageous for a boutique shop. I did find the ornament I saw in the picture but I know my mom already has the same one, or one that could pass off as its twin anyway. So many cute gifts and would totally visit again even though I didn't find something this trip. I really had to resist buying something just to buy it (holidays and all) but they have so much cute stuff.

From beautiful cloths to jewelries to home décor and much more. They carry various high end brands, which explains the price tag. But everything I came across was top quality. The staff will leave you alone to look around but if you need it, they will give you their undivided attention. Super friendly and knowledge staffs.  Also, there is ample parking outside of the store.

You might have missed Savvy on a Shoestring the last time you were in the Short North, and that's…read morenot surprising. The store is located just off of High on First Avenue, and the only reason we spotted the tiny clothing store was because of a sign that read "Designer Clothes at 'Knock Off' Prices". There was one more thing that caught my eye on that sign, the part that read sizes went up to 20! I'm not a fashionista by any stretch of the imagination, but maybe it's because as a plus size girl I find it really difficult to find name brand clothing in my size that doesn't look like a floral print potato sack. Savvy on a Shoestring is small, with a couple hand fulls of outfits in each size category. Some of the brands I hadn't heard of, but I did notice a fantastic Vera Wang dress on display. Clothing ranges from business, active wear, evening dresses and accessories in the form of handbags and sunglasses. The lady behind the counter was pleasant to talk to and I told her how happy I was that they carried plus size clothing. She said both her and the owner were larger women, so they tried to look after us curvy girls. However, due to a lack of interest (or perhaps a lack of knowledge) from their customer base, they were going to start scaling back their plus size line. Don't let this happen, Columbus! I just found this great treasure of a store!

I've always been curious about Savvy, but they're only open on Saturdays. You don't hear much about…read morethem. They keep a pretty low profile. The store is also tucked on a side street behind Grandview Mercantile. These factors add up to one thing: me forgetting that Savvy exists. But one of my friends went in recently, and she couldn't stop raving about the place. She put three or four things on hold, all major name designers like Versace, Michael Kors, Dolce & Gabbana...Everything is offered at a huge discount. You can find a $400 pair of jeans selling for $40. I don't know how they do it, but they do. So, this past Holiday Hop, I made it a point to stop in. The store was small but full of clothing neatly arranged on racks by size. Personally, I couldn't find anything that was my style. Everything looked like it was selling to an older crowd. They had a bit of everything from sweat suit jumpers to skirts, blouses, and rain boots. There weren't many duplicate pieces. The workers were nice and had York Peppermint Patties for us. If you're a label whore, give Savvy a peek. It's oddly affordable in a neighborhood full of $200 sweaters.
