Ordered an item, It's 15 days beyond the latest expected delivery date. They do not automatically provide tracking numbers for their shipping. I contacted them 7 days after and they said "it got lost" and a new one would be sent out. They gave me the tracking number for the "lost" package, but not for the newly sent package. I have no way to check on the status of the newly sent package. They are very slow to respond to complaints, and aren't terribly helpful when they do. read more

Okay, here's the story... I had ordered an awesome cat hoodie and a rediculously expensive cat mug to qualify for free shipping ($50 or more qualifies) and I was expecting the package within 2 weeks for my girlfriend's upcoming birthday, so this needed to be on time. Here's where things took a bad turn... I got the package after 2 weeks (On time, I suppose) and the birthday was in five days. I figured everything was fine, until I opened the package and saw that they sent me the wrong size. Checked my invoice, and sure enough, it said LARGE in capitol letters, yet here I was starring at a size MEDIUM (for reference, my girlfriend could have fit the medium, I just wanted the hoodie over sized for comfort). This was unacceptable, so I checked the website to see how they handle complaints. No phone number. Only Email. Okay, kind of odd, whatever I'll just send them an Email. I'm sure they'll handle it in a timely manner. Two days go by. No response. I write them again, this time angry. I explain that they have essentially screwed me, and effectively ruined the birthday plans. I told them I was not paying to return the hoodie and I was hoping maybe they could overnight me the right size. Next day, they write me back, but blame "computer trouble" as the reason they currently couldn't help me. Really? You guys have over 100k likes on Facebook, and update your page with silly crap all day but can't figure out how you could help me? Now I'm really mad, I write them on Facebook, explaining that I was going to contact Discover and demand a refund, and that the situation was completely ridiculous for a company their size. The next day, I finally get some resolution. Their customer service rep Kayla told me that I was essentially screwed for the birthday, for which she apologized, then she offered to refund me the purchase price of the hoodie ($44) and offered to sent me the right size free of charge when "the system was functional". I told her that this was fantastic news, and was expecting the new hoodie sent pretty quickly. The Email said that they would send it out as soon as possible, the date was October 23rd. I received the hoodie November 9th. In the end, LookHuman did make right by correcting the issues that should never happened in the first place. I had to fight with them for days and weeks, and a simple order for a couple of cat themed gifts became a battle that lasted a month. The customer service was abysmally slow, and the lack of a phone number for a company their size is unacceptable. BUT, The hoodie is amazingly soft, and the designs are top notch. The mug (albeit expensive) is made in America and of superior quality. As stated before, they did EVENTUALLY make right on everything they promised, but it was a fight the entire time. In some ways, I believe they only reacted when they realized they were being threatened, which is childish and unprofessional. All in all, if you do order from LookHuman, you'll love what you get, just be prepared to wait and fight for it. read more

Updated review: I ordered a shirt for my husband and paid for expedited shipping due to my experience with slow shipping with them in the past. When it came, it was the wrong print and size. I let them know and within 24 hours they responded and said they'd send out the correct shirt. I got a USPS tracking link for it, but 9 days later it still hadn't arrived, so I asked for a refund, which they promptly issued. The next day, my neighbor stopped by with the package, it had been delivered to her house by mistake. When I opened it...it was the wrong shirt, for the second time. I don't know how they're making money when they do dumb shit like this, but this was my third and final order from them. Executing this kind of stuff correctly shouldn't be hard, but LookHuman struggles to get it right. I was reluctant to shop Human because of all the negative feedback left by other shoppers but in fear of regretting not buying a shirt I just had to have, I went through with an order. 1. When you place an order, there is a statement that items are printed on demand and shipped within 1-3 days. This was held true. It took a couple days and I got my notification- tracking number included. 2. I was able to track my package every step of the way with USPS- where some people squawked in reviews about DSL, I did not share their issues at all. 3. The quality- my baseball tee is soft, comfortable and true to size. I'll be so bold as to say it's PERFECT Overall my experience and purchase was highly satisfying. I was hesitant at first ordering from this website after seeing the previous two reviews but I personally had a pretty good experience from the website. I ordered two game of thrones tanks and received a confirmation email after that said they would send a second email when the order was processed and shipped and gave an estimated 3-4 days. However, myself being the impatient person I am, after 2 days sent an email to customer service enquiring about my order. They were very cordial and actually let me know that the order had gone through earlier than expected and already had a tracking number by the next day that they had replied to me through customer service. The products arrived in a timely manner and they were of appropriate quality that I desired. I have however heard some other comments on designs being stolen and I sincerely hope this is not true because there are a great many cool designs to be found on this website that are great to buy. I ordered a shirt for my daughter, got the confirmation email that night and the email with tracking information that it had shipped the next day. It arrived 6 days after ordering it and was a little small on her so we are exchanging it for a larger shirt. So far the process has been amazing, I used the chat app to process the exchange last night and called today to confirm. So far this company has been awesome!! The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because we don't have the exchange yet. If it shows up as quickly and seamlessly as the original shirt it will absolutely be 5 stars!!! I ordered 4 items and I LOVE them all. I'm not sure about the other negative reviews but I have nothing but positive things to say about Look Human. I ordered a coffee mug, a unisex baseball tee, a racerback tank, and the women's pullover. The sayings/designs are so cute that I had a hard time picking just a few to order. I am definitely going to order gifts for my friends here. A few things: Sizes: with any online ordering you never know how things are going to fit, but the website does a good job on explaining the sizing of each item. I am a Medium in juniors and after reading their sizing guide I got a Large in the racerback, Small in the baseball tee, and Medium in the pullover and everything fits perfect. Shipping: Best way to put it: FAST!! I ordered on a Wednesday 10:30pm PST and got my coffee mug on the next Monday and the clothing on Tuesday. Basically 2-3 business days and the product was as my door. Customer Service: Best retail customer service I have come across. I had a question and I was responded to immediately with the best customer service I could have asked for. They seem like really cool people who run this company. If this company had bad customer service before, then I think they might be improving greatly. Look Human has a great variety of apparel for various fandoms, feminists, LGBT people and those in the fitness lifestyle. They print their shirts as soon as you order, so give them 3 to 4 days for that process. Then it might take a while for them to ship it out, as well. I was glad that I received my order promptly and that they addressed my complaints promptly as well. My only complaints are about not receiving the e-mail that informed me that my order was shipped and about the quality of the shirt itself. The graphic was visible on it, but it looked a bit washed out. All in all, it's alright for customer service and quality. The extra star is for the actual content of their products. read more

Nope. I don't see any way to leave a review on their website, and yet they have reviews on there and all their reviews are so positive that I'm pretty sure they're all fake. I ordered 4 things from them - all of them are bad print jobs. The mug printing is faded in some spots, the mask was wayyyy too small (it fits my 11 year old!) and the sweatshirt is literally just a cheap Gildan sweatshirt (not a nice quality one) with a crappy print job on it. I mean it's a REALLY bad print job. it's rough, sits on top of the fabric, and you can see the black sweatshirt material through the white print. It's awful. I've ordered things from other sites like this (like WickedClothes) and it's been quality. This place is not. Do yourself a favor and avoid them, even if the prints are cute. read more

However, it's been a little over a month now and it's now completely trashed--it's split down the center and is currently only being held together by a piece of tape. I love my shirt, but not the service. I ordered a light weight pullover. Between the shipping cost and price of the item it was a little expensive for me, I never pay $36 for a shirt. But I really liked it. I never received a confirmation email or tracking number which was weird. Luckily I purchased through PayPal so I had a record of it and also took a screen shot of the initial purchase including the order number. Several days passed and I decided to contact the company to get more information. No number, just email. Again I was weirded out. But after a cluster I got what I needed and my shirt had been shipped. Few! My item came a day passed the expected arrival time but it was finally here. This is where it gets good. I was beyond happy with the quality. So much better then the worst I was fearing. It's not cheaply made, not that crappy screen print that peels off after a couple washes. It's printed right into the shirt. The fit is the same as regular sizes and the material is so soft. The second time I ordered stickers. I received a tracking number, but the tracking information never indicated that the item was received by the shipping company or on its way. I waited two weeks to see if it showed up anyway and it didn't. I emailed customer service and asked where my order was. After giving my order information, a few hours later the tracking information finally indicated that the shipping company received my order to ship to me. I received an email from customer service saying that the tracking information is now updating. I emailed customer service again and asked why it took them so long to send my order. The representative responded saying that shipping companies were just behind due to the pandemic. I can understand that to be true in some instances. But you cannot convince me that they are running two weeks behind. It was obvious that they only handed the package off to the shipping company after I emailed to complain since the tracking information indicated that they received the package about five hours after I emailed asking where my order was. Then the customer service representative lied to me and said that the shipping company was just behind due to the pandemic. When I brought the obvious lies up to the customer represetative, I stopped receiving replies back. My problem is it cost $25 for me to receive this racerback tank top and the thing is so thin and delicate I'm scared it will fall apart in no time, the material is very thin and the edges of the fabric where it has been cut, have not been reinforced, I'm sure it will be stretched by accident or destroyed in the washing machine in no time.. I ordered two smalls (my normal tshirt size), and sent them back because they were tiny and the order confirmation confirmed "juniors" sizes. Worst customer service. For future buyers: this company automatically populates your shipping address from your PayPal account, with no chance to modify it. Therefore, if it's a gift, do not use PayPal to pay, since you'll be sending it to yourself [or, in my case, an address I lived at four years ago], with no chance to change the address. I immediately tried to correct the issue by emailing them [their preferred method of communication] within minutes of receiving the confirmation. The next day, I received an email saying my order had shipped - to the wrong address. I tried to call them [disconnected number], find employees on LinkedIn [looks like a shell company? Nobody works there], contact them on FB and Twitter [which they were actively tweeting from, yet ignored my tweet]. Not sure where to go from here. I'm an elementary art teacher and I'm always trying to make my classes fun for the students, so I ordered a Salvador Pawli t-shirt to wear during my lessons on Salvador Dali. I ordered a Men's Small but it was more like a cross between M & L and the neck was so big that it wouldn't lay flat. The neck got worse with each wear. I ordered the shirt in September and it "died" by December. The only thing the shirt had going for it was the cute cat on the front and how soft the shirt was. All I wear are t-shirts (men's size small) and hoodies, and I've had $5 WalMart or Target shirts last for up to ten years.
