If you have any kind of a deadline, do NOT order from them. I made the mistake of ordering a mug. It was packaged very poorly. They only used a very weak cardboard frame, and absolutely no cushioning of any kind. I'm sure they thought they were saving money on packaging, but how much money did that save them since now they have to give me a refund? I am particularly frustrated because I had paid extra for their fastest shipping. When I reached out to them to let them know what happened, the fastest they could get a replacement to me was in 6 business days! So much for expedited shipping! The event I needed the gift for will have passed, so there is no point in having them send a replacement. And honestly, unless they are upgrading their shipping materials, I'm sure the replacement would arrive broken as well. Their customer service person tried to make me feel sorry for them by saying they were just a small startup company. How unprofessional! I will never be purchasing from them again, and I strongly recommend that you save yourself some aggravation and take your business elsewhere.

When the package finally arrived yesterday it was apparent that the t shirts are very crudely made. The designs are already peeling and are SUPER rough. The shirts are made of 100% cotton (not the tank tops they are a blend) but are very thin and flimsy. These shirts have GOT to be either hand washed or delicate cycle with only cold water. The shipping took a very very long time but I reached out to customer service they were helpful, apparently something was on "back order." Not worth the money I spent at all, we will not be purchasing from here again.

The shipping is extremely slow, and the printing on the shirts is garbage. It peels off after one wash. Every time I contact the customer support, they refuse to refund me and they only send me a new shirt. I'm going to have to get my bank to do a charge back. There's reviews on their website but no way to actually leave a review so obviously they're fake.

What is Look Human? It's a website where nerds buy gym clothes, comfy winterwear, and THE BEST phone cases. Look Human is AWESOME!!! This review is mostly for my phone cases over the past 4 years but also for my favorite raglan sweatshirt that says "Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot, & Prongs." I love the heck out of it and wear it often, yet it's still in one piece. I've never had any issues with quality from Look Human, and everything has always arrived on time. I could knock off a star for some clothes I've ordered over the years where the graphic looks funny (usually tank tops) BUT as a large breasted woman I knew better and ordered anyway. None of them were so silly-looking that I wouldn't wear them. The one with 2 d20s that says "Yes, they're natural" is a particularly hilarious sight to behold. They have so many fun designs with pop culture references, and I have quite a few in my collection. I prefer the raglan design over the tanks, which run a little tighter and are not as comfy. I don't recommend the racerbacks because they are too lightweight and the material is too thin for my taste. You have to layer them with another tank or cami. They also have weird hems that cause the material to curl up after a few uses. Again my experiences have been so overwhelmingly awesome that I still rate Look Human 5 stars, but these were a low point imho. My favorite item they carry is the Crash Bandicoot Aku-Aku iPhone Hard Case. I had the 5s one for nearly 4 years and dropped it so many times, yet no damage was ever done to the phone. Not only is the design simply wumpa-ful, but it is durable. I HAD to have one for my recently purchased iPhone 7, and thankfully they had one in stock. Each runs at about $35 normally. You can't beat it. Lastly, they often have promos and sales so I recommend joining their subscription list. The latest phone case was on sale, and if you order $45 worth of stuff shipping turns out to be free. Customer service has always been great if I had to return or exchange an item, and like I mentioned earlier I don't remember having any issues with shipping timeframes. I have three uniforms for life. Work= t shirt blazer and jeans. Non-work hours= t shirt jeans. Gym/running= t shirt or tank and running pants. Look Human has helped me with the latter. I made a binge purchase from their website a couple weeks ago when shirts were $20 and free shipping for orders over $50. I received my order within about a week and a half (they print the designs when you order) and I made a mistake of ordering the wrong size. Look Human went out of their way to correct my mistake! I've ordered 3 items: tote bag, racer back tank, and a coffee mug. So far I've only gotten the tank (which is fine the other two items should arrive shortly) but the tank left me a bit bummed... The design (Mouse Rat Logo) is fine, not as vibrant as I would like but it's cute! The tank it's self feels so. So. Cheap. There are no real hems it's just a finishing stitch on raw edges, the straps are thin and weak, and it's a bit scratchy. It looks and feels cheap. For $20 I was excepting decent quality.

Avoid. Customer service is lacking and do not respond to emails if you have a problem. I shot them an email on Thursday 2/4 and another email yesterday 2/8. I have yet to hear back for any resolution or even any concern. Beware of their blankets. While they look pretty when it arrives, by the 2nd and 3rd wash, they become a pilly dust ball mess. This is with solo washing and following the directions on the blanket. I am attaching photos of all the blankets I have ordered - I even ordered 2 of same blanket thinking I received a dud. Fool me twice, shame one me - yet I still had the nerve to shop here. I will no longer support this business because they ignore customer emails. Maybe I should have emailed sooner when I realized their blankets were a mess. I genuinely really wanted to order more because they're so cute but am stopping myself due to their lack of resolution. Note, I completely understand am within my rights to file a chargeback with Visa and will consider doing so if I don't hear anything soon. This is a joke considering you've replied to my shipping change emails within 24 hours. If you use the excuse "we get so many emails...." perhaps consider using a different email address on your marketing campaigns so actual customer issues don't get lost!

While quality is not an issue, nor is the customer service I received the one time I had to make an alteration to a previous order (due to my own mistake, no one else's), the same with the understandable time between when a shirt order is placed and when it ships (I've done screen printing; it takes some time)... their shipping unfortunately is. The distance between their location and where I live is about an hour and a half, tops. It's even the same state. But due to their decision to use DHL as a shipping provider, the shipping is excruciatingly slow. And, for whatever reason, it gets routed to a different state before even coming here. I've had faster shipping from companies across the country than I get from here. I placed the order on June 12, received notification of shipping on the 14th, and only today have I been able to even see the tracking information, indicating it arrived in Hebron, KY on the 17th! It seems like a bizarre and unnecessary run-around just to receive a package of one mug, traveling from Columbus to a town an hour north of Cincinnati. That said, my review would have been four or even five stars! Nothing wrong with quality or customer service at all in my experience... but as long as they're using DHL, shipping will remain the main point of contention that keeps me exceptionally leery of purchasing from them in the future. read more

I ordered a few sticker sets and they are pretty good quality. However, I had to email customer service because they never sent an email with the letting me know that my order had shipped and providing me with the tracking information as promised. When my order did finally arrive, I had received an incorrect product. After contacting customer service the responded promptly, mailed me the correct product and let me keep the incorrect one. Overall, the ordering process seemed unorganized but customer service was quick to correct the issues. read more

I didn't have any problems receiving my orders. It all came pretty quick, though they did send each piece separately. HOWEVER, the clothing I order was the worst quality ever, which is really annoying considering how expensive the stuff was. I order a sweater for my friend and a hoodie for myself. The "sweater" was nearly see-thru it was so thin. The hoodie was also extremely thin, not warm at all. And the print on the hoodie wasn't centered and part of the wording was cut off. Also, after only wearing the hoodie once, the material felt extremely rough and threads were coming undone everywhere. I paid $50 for the hoodie and about $35 for the sweater, so I'm just pretty annoyed with the crap quality. I did order a mug and stickers, too, though, and they were decent quality. read more

I was constantly chasing them for timelines, and they rarely picked up the phone. They told me my suit would be ready in a month, so I showed up on that date and they didn't even have the correct information on my order. They kept calling me by the wrong name, and when I finally tried the suit on, the fit was awful. When I asked the owner why the fit of this made to measure fit was awful, he shrugged and said, "I'm not a magician. Let me just give you a refund" that was a month wasted. That's not just bad customer service--it's insulting. The entire process made me anxious that I wouldn't even have a suit in time. I ended up going to Pursuit instead, and the difference was night and day. Pursuit was organized, welcoming, and professional. They delivered a high-quality suit that fits like a glove. Yes, it was slightly more expensive--but I'd pay three times more for the peace of mind and the product they delivered. Sofyano was a waste of time and energy. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Well that went better than expected. I was hesitant to buy shirts from Look Human initially since there were so, SO many negative reviews floating around, but the shirts were so cute that I went ahead and pulled the trigger anyway... to great success! I bought 5 unisex tanks in various patterns, and they all look and fit great so far. The material on the unisex tank tops feels great and the prints are super clear, though I have yet to wash them, so I guess we'll see how that goes. I even talked to a rep on the day that I bought it because I had just missed a sale, and he adjusted the price for me so that I could still get sale price that I had seen the night before. I was nervous because I did not get any sort of shipping notification/tracking info email from them after I ordered the shirts, but whatever. They got here. And are awesome. I absolutely WILL buy from there again!! read more

5 stars- 10 thumbs up, i'm normal, almost... i've been a straight crossing dude for most of my 57 years; i've only recently come out of the closet so to speak, in the last few months; in my commuity, king farm, rockville md, nobody judges you or your way of life. there will always be hateres/ screw them! i'm doing what i've always wanted to do, be myself and these shirts have helped! now people don't see me as a creepy older guy but a creepy older guy wearing one of your shirts and a skirt or a creepy older guy wearing a long gown, a wig, painted nails, lipstick and gloss. i am who, who i am and nobody can take me away from me thanks guy. girls, transgender or what not from "look human". you're awesome folks! read more

I ordered a shirt and then several more the next day. I contacted customer service about it, because if I had ordered them together, I would have gotten free shipping. Even though they already started printing my first order, they still refunded my shipping charges! Not only that, but I had a "West 2020" shirt in my order. After recent events (Kanye West supporting Trump), I hastily contacted them to question a return. It was too late, but they exchanged it for a different shirt and told me to " keep, gift, recycle, donate or burn" the other one on receipt. I appreciate the humor and fast response. I was scared I was ordering a size too small, but they came and are perfect! I love the colors, I was pleased they had both the shirts I wanted and I'm now excited and motivated to work out because both my shirts were work out based. It looks like they are pretty chill about exchanging for bigger sizes, so my fears were put to rest even though it all turned out fine. They do warn you about the odd smell some of them are cleaned with, but they explain it goes away with one wash, and I can appreciate a wash that helps the environment! Thanks LookHuman! I noticed quite a few negative reviews related to quality and shipping time. I am here to say I had no problem with either! I needed a T-shirt fast, and contacted their customer service team via the gchat-looking messaging system. I was assured that with my order number they could expedite their standard 6-7 shipping to 2-day, free of charge. Lo and behold, I have a soft, high quality T-shirt 2 days later at no extra cost. I'd ordered a mug and shirt for myself a while ago, received them separately but both fairly quickly. I was very happy with both items. Last week I ordered a mug for my stepdad and today when it arrived, the package and contents were smashed to oblivion. Obviously a USPS problem. I simply emailed lookhuman to find out if the package had been insured so i could make a claim with USPS. Got an answer from a real person within the hour, telling me they were shipping me a new mug. Love these t-shirts which I got for me & my granddaughter! Got the "See you later alligator" for myself and the "In awhile Crocodile" for her. She used to cry when I would say goodbye so I started using these phrases with her so she would know I was coming back! Had to send away for corrected sized as my 2XL was definitely too small & my granddaughter's Medium was too large. Great customer service in responding back to my return of the products and very speedy response to my refund so I could order the corrected sizes! read more

I ordered a 4th-of-July-specific tee from them, and paid for expedited shipping to ensure its arrival in time for the 4th. It did not arrive until the 5th, though I received an email previously that it had gone out the door on time. I called LookHuman and, after verifying the delivery date, they immediately issued a shipping refund with absolutely no hassle. The shirt is of high quality, and they list feedback on their site that it ran small, so the size I picked fit my wife perfectly. Appreciate the service! read more

Will never order from this site again. Ordered a Shirt for my girlfriend for v-day. said order would be shipped in 3 days, took them a week or more to ship. They use DHL which is one of the worst shipping providers, my package is being tossed around from dhl to usps, tracking information is never updated and of course it's well past valentines day so... I'm unhappy about the length of time it takes to receive items from them. The shirt was also over priced. read more

Worst customer service and product I have ever came across. How is this place still in existence? It would seem out of all these countless reviews stating the same thing, these people would get themselves together. The tank top I received was 30 some dollars with shipping.... which took forever..... and it was laughable how cheap this garbage is. I am asking for a full refund.... 100% scam fraud company. they generate tracking number & say that it's shipped when infact it never arrives at the postal carrier to even get scanned in. never again with this company, they literally stole money from me. i'm so furious with this company, i will be reporting this to the (bbb) better business bureau & i strongly urge others to do the same. 100% warning to stay away from this scam, no matter what they try & say or do, just stay away! read more

I have ordered from Look Human several times and I'm never disappointed with my purchase! I have bought around 15+ different t-shirts and sweaters and I love all of them! I especially love how soft the material is, it's so comfortable! My only issue is that some of the styles I would like to buy don't come in an xs, but after a few times in the dryer my smalls have shrunk up enough to fit well. I'm sure I'll be ordering again soon! read more

So I have received my first order from LookHuman.com. Everything was as it said on the website. The graphics on the tank top and raglan looked great! My stickers were also very well done. I placed a 2nd order to them now. Once I have it (and if there are any problems) I may change this review. I have used their customer service chat twice now and both times they were very helpful! This place has such fun items, perfect tanks for working out, many hilarious sayings! I purchased a tank and when I got it (within days BTW, such fast shipping) it fit smaller thank I'd hoped. Chatted with Customer Service on IM and they quickly responded and resolved it by sending me a new one in a bigger size. No extra money and I didn't even have to send back my old one! I absolutely love this website and have had a great experience. I had to make an exchange for a smaller size, and customer service was absolutely amazing to work with, and I got my exchange in 5 days! I was amazed. Also, their Possum merch is a total game changer. Overall great prices. I hope they offer more plus size stuff because I like inclusive companies, but that is just one critique. read more

I am amazed with their service. I ordered a shirt and when it arrived it looked really small. When I chatted with their customer service folks they said they would ship a larger size ASAP and asked me to donate the shirt that didn't fit. I ordered the "in love with the cocoa" T-shirt! My girlfriend loves it! The material is nice and I love the color. Customer service was awesome and let me exchange my color from black to the olive green! And it comes with a warning to wash it first to remove the scent. read more
