I love this place and all the services they have. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I absolutely LOVE Amy, who is so good at what she does! She is always thorough, very detail-oriented, and cares that I get the best results. she has helped me for years now, and I look forward to seeing her. She is so fun and sweet!!!! Stay far away from this place. They are scam artist at work. You don't get what you pay for here that's for sure. I went with a place that was more expensive thinking I would get better treatments or results with laser tattoo removal. They were never up front with how many treatments you could possibly need. 5000.00 later I'm stuck with what looks like a scar of the tattoo. They said the whitening is normal it will start fading after the treatments are done. Well it's been about a year and it looks the same as when the last treatment "healed" I also bought a package for my last few treatments because they convinced me it was cheaper to go with the package and if I didn't use them all I would get refunded... Well, I had 2 more treatments on the package left. I called to get a refund. Surprise, they wouldn't give it to me because I never went back to get evaluated by the nurse to tell me whether or not there was still ink left in the area. There is a little ink left but I didn't want them to do anymore damage to the area so I decided to not go back. I will never go back to this place. In the 2 years I was getting my treatments done they changed names 3 times. What's that tell you! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I never write bad reviews because I give people the benefit of the doubt but after dealing with this place for 2-3 years I had to. I was glad to see the dynamic duo back in this office when I came in for a visit a month ago. Yes, I was in today only to find one of them was replaced. I have known these girls for several years an outstanding team in running the office making every visit a pleasure. I am going to consider a spa closer to my home instead of traveling 2 hours or more! read more
