When I walked in on Sunday about 30 minutes before my appointment as asked, a staff member greeted me promptly, offered me water and had me fill out some paperwork. I was called back to the more serene waiting room where the lights were dimmed, and there was a fountain before my masseuse, Eugene came and got me. The room was very clean and peaceful and I received a full body massage and for an extra $10 a lavender sugar foot scrub.
