I did so and mentioned what a previous oculoplastic surgeon recommended after surgery with him. I then received a very rude email stating that my eyes were shaped "extremely different" (duh, I know that, that's why I'm seeking help), and that the surgery wouldn't be helpful. No suggestions for an in person consultation. If I look so "extremely" uneven, wouldn't you at least want to try to help me? Photos are limited for evaluation. Also, I just mentioned what one doctor suggested years ago. Obviously I don't believe that what was mentioned then is still what I need. I just finished medical school and honestly, I'm still so peeved and hurt by this unprofessional encounter I felt the need to write. Having a congenital eye disorder results in a lot of insecurities, and having a sensitive bedside manner is really important when helping potential patients. I felt awful about myself after this encounter and stopped seeking help for some time...I just hope whoever wrote that email has learned to be more sensitive towards vulnerable patients. PS I lived 10 min from the office at the time I asked about a consultation.

My breast implants were put in by another doctor years prior and I just didn't like them anymore - they were too large for my frame, one bottomed out, and exercising and finding cute clothes became difficult. After extensive research I decided to see Dr. Stark for a consultation. He immediately made me feel better by listening to my concerns, offering various surgical options, and setting realistic expectations. Excellent bedside manner too - on surgery day, he came to see me before going into the OR and then called to check in later that night (my original surgeon did not do that). Recovery was a breeze and I could not be happier with the outcome! The entire process from scheduling to after care was pleasant. His staff is very friendly and caring. Dr. Stark is incredibly talented and offers natural, beautiful results. Highly recommend!

He posted them anyway. She only discovered it when she came across it herself. When she complained, they quietly removed it. The experience left her feeling exposed, violated, and betrayed by someone she thought she could trust. A HIPAA complaint will be filed.

While I was in the waiting room, the front desk associate was openly telling others she's a 40-year-old woman "stuck in a teenage body," which felt unprofessional and off-putting for a adult woman to infantilize herself. When Nicole brought me back, she immediately said I wasn't a candidate for laser and instead needed under-eye filler. I made it clear I wasn't interested, but she continued to push the idea and even brought in a surgery coordinator. The coordinator then criticized my previous filler, saying it caused puffiness, and made a comment about cannula placement that felt unnecessary and confusing. Apparently the cannula needs to touch the lower eyelash. What didn't make sense to me was why I was told I wasn't a candidate for laser, yet was being strongly steered toward filler--especially when they themselves pointed out puffiness.... I drove over 2 hours to go to the "best of the best". Overall, the experience felt pushy and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend.

My intention here is not to soften my words but to convey the depth of my dissatisfaction. Your FFS work on me, specifically the rhinoplasty, was nothing short of disastrous. Not only did it fail to achieve the desired aesthetic, but it also resulted in a deviated septum, which has caused significant discomfort and inconvenience. This additional physical issue only compounds the frustration I feel towards your lackluster work. I must candidly admit that I was, at one point, your biggest cheerleader. Despite the warnings and advice from friends and support groups cautioning me against choosing you for FFS, I foolishly chose to disregard their counsel. I based my decision on my previous experiences with your surgeries and held on to the hope that this time would be different. Regrettably, I was mistaken. My faith in your abilities proved to be misplaced, and I deeply regret not heeding the warnings of those who had my best interests at heart. Your work has had a profound negative impact on my life, and I believe it's important to acknowledge the consequences of these decisions. I urge you to reflect on the implications of your surgical practices on patients like myself who place their trust in you. It is crucial to heed the voices of caution and make the necessary improvements in your approach and technique. After living with a botched hairline lowering scar for 2 years I finally found a Dr that is competent and was able to fix Kathy's horrendous mistakes. This new Dr was able to fix and give me the results I was so desperately wanting. Lastly Jenn Palladino the surgical coordinator did a terrible job communicating with me whether it be by phone or email. At times it would take days sometime weeks for her to get back to me-unprofessional and added to the terrible experience. Do not go to this doctor for ANY procedures. You are warned. It's tempting to choose Rumer because she's in network but take my advice. DONT! FIND SOMEONE ELSE. Be patient....They will also reply to this and say they don't recognize me as a patient. Proof of the nasty attitude they have. Disregard the comment they will probably leave saying they don't recognize me as a patient. It's simply a pathetic attempt to deflect this brutally honest review. Below is her botched hairline lowering procedure and the other photo is from a different doctor who knew what they were doing.

I just submitted a review for Dr. Sandler on vitals.com…read more(http://www.vitals.com/doctors/Dr_Susan_Sandler.html), but wanted to make sure the review was also on Yelp. The short version: Dr. Sandler is THE BEST! The long version: I had not had a regular doctor for several years. I came to see Dr. Sandler in 2005 due to some odd symptoms I had been experiencing for a number of months. Although it was unusual for her since she had just met me, she suggested I have an MRI based on a physical and our conversation about my symptoms. An MRI?! I thought that was ridiculous, but humored her, anyway. The following week, the MRI results came back indicating "possible multiple sclerosis". While I would prefer not to have this disease, I am eternally grateful to Dr. Sandler for using her (significant) intelligence, medical knowledge and medical intuition to arrive at that diagnosis. Many people go untreated for years without treatment since MS symptoms can resemble other health. I was a patient of Dr. Sandler's for the next 2 - 3 years until moving to LA. My wife and I have been debating whether or not to move back to PA in the future. While I prefer the weather in LA, I told her that being able to be have Dr. Sandler as a physician, again, would be a big plus if we ever moved back. Dr. Sandler is a wonderfully talented physician who is very caring about her patients. I highly recommend her as a doctor and a person and wish she were located in LA.
