I was referred to her by my previous long time acupuncturist when he was no longer able to see patients and she has not disappointed. She has lived up to my very high expectations. I have now been seeing her for over a year and enjoy every treatment session. The primary reason I see her is for a herniated disc in my neck that causes me chronic pain but she is very in tune with everything that is going on for a total well being approach for treatment. Treatment has had a very positive impact on my overall pain level and level of every day comfort. She is very kind and easy to talk to about whatever is ailing you at the time, but is also very knowledgeable. In addition to acupuncture I receive gua sha which I am a huge fan of. I always leave very relaxed. The treatment room is very peaceful and a great escape from the craziness of daily life. It is truly a setting where one can escape and focus on themselves and their well being. The location is easy to get to and she has parking at the end of the drive, so you will never be stressed about finding a parking space. I highly recommend Sahar for your acupuncture needs. You won't regret seeing her!

I love her process all round and highly recommend her!

I was in the area and I knew he could help with the very bad muscle strain in my back. The one think I know for sure, is that Kan will reduce my pain by 50 per cent the first time around. That has been my experience. Yesterday was no exception to the rule. Kan goes above and beyond to help his patients. He is very caring, compassionate, professional, and trustworthy. I recommend Kan very highly for many ailments that may be causing anyone unnecessary pain and discomfort. He also has some great herbal formulations that has helped me throughout the 8 years that I've been going to see him. Kan works fervently during the acupuncture session to ensure that he's doing everything within his power to alleviate my pain. He also uses moxa and cupping to help in the process. I especially love the moxa, as it truly does help with painful muscle strains. The other attractive factor about seeing Kan, is the fact that his prices are very reasonable in comparison to other acupuncture practices in the area. He spends a lot of time with me every time, to ensure that he has alleviated my pain. I've called other places to see about their prices when I've been unable to see Kan, and those prices are just too expensive in comparison to Kan's prices. I will continue to see Kan whenever I'm in pain. I only wish I could go afford to go at least once or even twice a week. Thank you Kan for your expertise in this field, for your caring attitude, and for your professionalism.

I was lucky enough to have sweet personality acupuncturist but my husband got condescending old woman making him feel even worse by acting out. It was not a good impression nor vib! Place is very strict and old building has dance studio upstairs. Every step is squeaking on the floor and you hear people talking and chatting. Nothing make sense there! I will not recommend to step there!

She is patient, listens to me, and is never pushy when it comes to scheduling appointments. I can't say enough nice things about her. I found this place because of Marissa who I met during my first pregnancy at her class at Laughing Dog Yoga in Wellesley. While trying to get pregnant the second time around she told me to see her at Stepping Stone for Arvigo therapy and now that I'm pregnant I see her monthly for therapeutic massages. She has such a wealth of information for hopeful and expectant mothers and is very supportive. I could go on for days! All in all, everyone I've interacted with here is so kind and has a sense of calm about them. I always look forward to my appointments!

Allyson's techniques are amazingly effective and healing, and her bedside manner is calming and supportive. Whether you are trying acupuncture for the first time (Yes! I've had terrible…read moremigraines since 2008, and although I have literally tried everything in the book, I still get them. I've been to 4 different acupuncturists, on both coasts. These people are highly skilled, and no one has been able to solve my migraine problem. So, I have to admit, I didn't have a lot of hope. However! Once I laid down on the table, I got the distinct feeling that Allyson knew what she was doing. She told me that I was eating too many cold foods, and that my stomach was really cold, and things were getting stuck. It's true - I was having a HUGE cold smoothie everything single morning. So, after my treatment, I went straight to an Indian restaurant and some piping hot Tikka Masala! I saw Allyson yesterday, and again, I was holding all my stress in my stomach. After my treatment, I floated out of her office on a cloud, and enjoyed the beautiful day. I was in an exceptionally good mood. As a side note, I'm a Feng Shui Master (of all things), and many people don't know this, but acupuncture and Feng Shui are 2 of the Eight Branches of the Tao Healing Arts. So, Feng Shui is like doing acupuncture on your house. Consequently, Allyson and I speak the same language. I highly recommend her, and I'm definitely looking forward to my upcoming sessions!
