I told her it was too rough, please don't do it again...please work on the muscle not the skin. She did it AGAIN. When I reacted less politely this time, she LAUGHED at me. I am always on time. I always tip 20%. I always pay with cash. I am in the salon industry. This is NOT how you treat clients if you wish them to come back. I have never been treated so poorly by a " wellness" practitioner. I will NEVER go back and will tell all of my clients about my experience. Too bad for you. You just lost a very good client.

In one treatment, most of my range of motion was back. I did another 10-12 treatments to relieve "stuck blood," and five years later, I haven't had another problem. The other was for the back of my knees and the Baker's cyst in one - as well as IT band problems. Her treatments - although less fun than, say, a day at Disney - have been extremely effective. If you're open to acupuncture, you should try her.

While Dr. Hai seems to know what she is doing, there are two things that are very disturbing…read more First, she reuses the blankets to cover her patients WITHOUT washing them. I have seen her refold them and put them away after using them on me. This is so unsanitary, even if it just covering the patients clothes. Who knows where they have been or what is on their clothes? It made my skin crawl. Second, she reuses any medical tape that she needs to hold needles or wires in place - tape that has been on a patient's skin! She takes the tape off and sticks it to a can in the cabinet. Then she takes it off that can and uses it over again. How gross and how cheap. Use new tape for each patient and stop reusing the blankets! Both issues are a major turn-off.
