São Paulo starting to feel like home, just found about this place which is literally a hole in the wall hidden gem, that being said, no restaurant sign, no signs or something inviting people in, just a simple one story building, small door, and a few tables; their menu only has a few items, small plates, very dim sum like without the dim sum plethora of dishes, few items, simple, but delicious.
What did I eat?
- Xiao Long Bao: smaller dumplings than ones found in America, but very well wrapped, soft and thin skin, very juicy pork filling.
- Steamed pork ribs with sweet potato.
- Homemade noodle soup with beef tendon.
Everything was delicious. Requirements: cash only and must speak Cantonese, I kid I kid, after all we are in Brazil but it won't hurt. Some menus have Portuguese translation or have pictures. read more
