We are so pleased with both the service and the furniture we received when we shopped at Harris!…read moreKate was an amazing ball of energy that deftly showed us around the extensive showroom and gave us the space to make our own decisions. Recently purchased 2 new recliners, and 4 beautiful Amish made end tables and coffee table. One…read morerecliner required special order as I requested a certain fabric. That recliner arrived just before Christmas. It had /has an odd odor that is still detectable and the upholstered job is very shoddy. It's somewhat of a plaid and bilaterally it doesn't match. I stopped by the store with pictures and my balance and reported my dissatisfaction. A woman named Kate said she would call me the following week and schedule a visit to "smell" ( I don't know ) the odor. No call or visit. I called the store a week ago and spoke with Steve. I recapped my story. Steve proceeded to advise me he has been there 5 years and has never heard of complaints like mine. I told him the odor is secondary to the bad upholstery job and I wasn't satisfied. Steve also proceeded to tell me he's having problems with a car mechanic . . . ."everyone has problems ". Not helpful. Now I will have to chase after Kate, I guess since she doesn't seem to return phone calls as requested. If no satisfaction on this chair Harris Furniture will never see a dime of my money again.

Pat Murphy (owner of APEX Plumbing) was recommended to me by Milford Flooring for some work that I…read morehad done in my bathrooms. I was very happy with both the quality and value of the work. The price was very reasonable, especially since they had to come back due to other factors (once the tile wasn't ready when we thought it would be, then there was a toilet I had ordered that arrived broken). What really sold me was that Pat worked to rearrange his schedule to have my guest bathroom functional before we had company arriving. The guy who did the work was polite and professional. I plan to use APEX again when I need plumbing done.
