Another could not understand why I wanted to get the installation instructions to my contractor in advance, saying they are all the same (not always) and didn't know exactly what they had available. Cabinet Encounter understood the situation was urgent since my old stove had been removed and invested the effort and located a range that was very close to my first choice, and it was less expensive and has some additional desirable features. This was when the shortage of certain appliances (due to Covid-19 issues) was frustrating retailers and customers.

One of, if not the worst, agents selling Quechee VT real estate. If you list with him he will tell you your asking price is too high. If you purchase with him, he will tell you that the seller's house is listed too high. He is interested in one and only one thing... His commission. Find yourself another agent or agency. Dealing with him is an exercise in futility!!
