Igor, the owner, checks in on you without being intrusive. He is always around if you need anything and is very accommodating. We stayed in Cabin#9. There were 5 of us. We stayed for 6 nights. You walk through a covered porch into an open concept living room/eat in kitchen. There are 2 full bathrooms side by side with walk in showers. Then you walk through each bathroom to get to a bedroom. Each bedroom had a queen bed. Each bathroom and bedroom were nearly identical. Each bedroom had an in-wall air conditioner. There were no air conditioners in the main living space, but we kept the bedroom and bathroom doors open and it kept the place cool. The kitchen is well-equipped with a full sized refrigerator and freezer, stove with oven, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and drip coffee maker. There was an extra leaf for the kitchen table, if needed, and additional folding chairs, if needed. There was a tv in both bedrooms and the living room. One of our kids slept on the couch, which opens to a bed, but she opted to not open it up. There were bath towels for 6 people. Igor offered to provide more if needed. There is no daily cleaning. The cottage came with 3 small bars of soap in each bathroom and some extra toilet paper. There was also dish soap and sponge in kitchen. Some things to consider bringing: toiletries, charcoal and lighter, hair dryer, iron and ironing board (if you are into ironing), pool towels, and board games and playing cards. These were not provided. Also, note there are no on-site guest laundry facilities. There is a laundromat in town, if needed. The outside pool was wonderful. It was between 85 and 87 degrees every day. There were also horseshoes and corn hole. There were tubes to float on by the pool. In the back of each cabin was a small Weber charcoal grill . Bring your own charcoal. There is also a fire pit with cooking grate. The Pemi river runs behind all of the cabins except Cabin#1. The river is too rocky to swim in behind the cabins, but there are other places you can swim in the Pemi, including Cascade Park in the center of North Woodstock, Otter Rocks and Lower Falls. The cabins are very close in walking distance to downtown North Woodstock and there are sidewalks to make it safe. There are wonderful restaurants and quaint shops there. The cabins are very close to the Kangamagus Scenic Byway, which has great pull offs for hiking and scenery, Franconia Notch State Park (less than 10 minutes drive), Lincoln and the Riverwalk by Loon (3 minute drive), White Mountains National Forest (less than 20 minutes). Loon Mountain (5 minutes drive) Cannon Mountain (10 minute drive) Bretton Woods (35-40 minute drive). Firewood was available for sale on site for $6, bags of ice were available for $3.

There is an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, excessive room, game room, and racquetball court. It's close to restaurants, shopping, and fun things to do any season. It's minutes from Loon Mt and close to hiking trails in the White Mountain National Forest. We've stayed at the Nordic Inn for family gatherings and quiet getaways and we've always enjoyed our time there.

The unit we rented was massive and spacious. Very large master bedroom with bath and king sized bed. Secondary bedroom had a large queen and a bunk bed set. Large kitchen, relaxing living room, and large balcony. Amenities here were fantastic. My kids loved the game room that had a variety of video games, prize machines, ping pong, and billiards. There is an outdoor pool and hot tub as well as an indoor pool with hot tub. The decor is probably a bit dated if I'm nitpicking, but this place was perfect as a base of operations for our adventure in New Hampshire. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, although I realized that if I rented another unit my mileage may vary. I believe the units are all individually owned and thus may be in various states of decor or design.

From self check-in information ahead of time to clear check-out details sent via text and email. We had a cute welcome back in our room with water she snacks. The entire place is a peaceful haven and next time that I visit the area, I'd love to stay here again.

Dragging 3 large suitcases up the steep staircase wasn't fun and is not advisable for someone above 60. Getting the luggage back down was the same chore. "Breakfast" was a coffee/tea bar, Danielle left a snack bag of trail mix and a fruit roll stick with 2 bottles of water in the room. The lodge had a common sitting area but no breakfast ... not even muffins or yogurt, etc. The room and bathroom was super clean and was stocked with nice towels and the upscale shampoo, conditioner and bath gel dispensers. Don't know the quality of the products. So overall great room... high priced at $409. I would not stay there again but appreciate the service offered by Danielle and the comfy bed.

The main part of the house is very small but nice with little stocking of the beverage "amenities". First impression of the room was disappointing for several reasons but the main first impression was that it was not cleaned well nor do the owners care if it's cleaned well. The bathroom was the first real impression where a filthy shower mat hung on the towel rack, the hand towel had crust on it and a dried, unwashed blood stain on the comforter. iTrip, who is "managing" this place was very prompt about returning my emails UNTIL I responded to THEIR email asking about my stay. Warning - Under New Ownership!! Please read about the changes…read more We booked the Red Sleigh Inn seven months ago because we were planning a trip to the area and we love B&Bs and have stayed at many. What attracted us to this facility was its outstanding reputation. However, exactly one week (7/11/22) before we were supposed to arrive, we received an email that Red Sleigh was under new ownership and there were going to be changes. We could not cancel because it was less than 30 days. Here are the changes: 1. Nobody would be at the facility to greet you. Nope, no personal friendly greeting to welcome you like we were used to in the past. They sent you a passcode for the front door and your room. You have to call a property managing company if there is an issue. 2. You receive ONE set of towels per person for stay. We stayed three days and originally only got one washcloth, one hand towel, and one bath towel per person, until we complained and we each got a second set. 3. NO BREAKFAST ANYMORE!!! I guess they left off one B in B&B. They did give us a voucher of $20 a day for the Moon Cafe to get a small breakfast. I do not know if this service is going to continue. We got it because we booked before the change. The room was clean. There was a coffee station and candy station which were kept full by attendants who showed up daily to clean vacated rooms. If you like the AirBnB experience while sharing the facility with other couples, then by all means enjoy. We prefer the true B&B experience with the home cooked breakfast and somebody there to greet you.
