But once you walk in you see a nice gallery of good American glass by well known blowers and quality quartz. The shop also has a wide selection of accessories and head shop type stuff. Neto helped me and was very knowledgeable and kind of cute. He quickly greeted me and knew exactly what I needed. He showed me the kiln RA. A nice ceramic wax vaporizer. I have already tested this device and I am satisfied. The shop has very good pricing. My only upset is that I am traveling and not able to buy a new rig right now. But since it was Black Friday, everything was 30% off. And some items were 50% off. Nice! The Hideaway seems to mostly specialize in smoking hardware. So they have tons of glassware, pipes, grinders, lighters, etc. They have some amazing custom glassware in display cases lined up along the front windows (see photos). The prices are amazingly high too. I get it though. They're hand made by talented local artists. If you can afford some custom glassware, why not? They also offer a large selection of edibles. All of the edibles are behind the counter. They have gummy candy, chocolates, tinctures...you name it. They also have chocolate infused shrooms. I asked one of the staff about the "Outlet" part of the name. It doesn't look like a discount outlet to me. She told me the original concept of this store was to be an outlet. But over time, it's just become another, normal location. So you won't be finding any big outlet mall type of discounts. I read a few of the previous reviews. They're really bad, mostly complaining about horrible customer service. But all of these reviews are old. On the day of my visit, the customer service was EXCELLENT.
