He had his girlfriend up on our roof changing brackets after the city approved our inspection. When we voiced we didn't want her on our roof for liability reasons, he became very unprofessional and offended. That's when he basically checked out of our project. We had error codes and had to beg him to come fix so our solar would actually work. I was 8 months pregnant and he had me helping him check and label the electric panel connections. It's 2 years later and we still don't have an active EV charging station that he installed. We can't activate it because we are homeowners and Terry refuses to send someone out to finish the job.
