I would rather tear out every single remaining tooth in my head by hand then EVER go back to his office.

The team is very welcoming and kind. I have BCBS/Anthem insurance and they accept it. Tina is my hygienist and she is the sweetest lady. She makes every appointment enjoyable. They also offer a variety of flavors for your cleaning - orange, strawberry, vanilla, and mint. I've never had a choice before - definitely recommend the vanilla. The dentist is very nice and takes good care of you. I've never felt scammed or pressured (as with previous dentists offices). Overall, I'm very happy here and plan to stay as long as I'm in town

I self paid $75 for years for a simple scrape and buff NO problems. At first visit,they said my teeth were worn but they could not do anything, NP.They took initial x-rays for new patients, normal but continued this for some unknown reason .then they started measuring my teeth too! anything to boost the bill?? so last visit I notice a new addition started and guess what?? NOW they can do a repair. They put me in a room for an estimate and handed me a $225 bill for the cleaning saying I had no ins. Why not tell me before like they did the first time??? Being out of work for 2 years suffering 6 heart episodes,dying once, getting a pacemaker, both shoulders getting replaced, an 18 yr old hernia finally fixed and fighting off diabetes, I AM BROKE. They give me a $2500 est. for more un-needed un-asked for expensive work! I had to put the $225 on a credit card and I eft feeling raped! a few days later I get a bill for another $180 for those X-rays I never wanted. so I asked that they remove that portion due to financial distress but was told I HAD to pay $20 monthy bill OR get turned over to a collection agency! WOW, so over $400 ripoff for the new addition? This is whats wrong with the medical industry. Do what I asked for NOT what makes you the most money. The kids did not like how they were not listened to and treated like kids who didn't know anything rather than customers. They would be frustrated by certain workers lack of knowledge and sometimes because the person wasn't listening I ended up bringing the kids back for *fixes* and the teeth move quick so these fixes can be a pain. My daughter didn't like sitting there while the workers gossiped instead of just finishing her mouth and listening to her.

I might not remember her name but I certainly remember her great attitude and calming nature. They are two of the most understandings and caring health care professionals I've encountered. Both of them are super supportive of the recovery community. No one likes going to the dentist, but everyone from front the office staff to the billing in the back are awesome at their jobs and take great pride in their work. I was recently laid off and will be transitioning into new insurance. I wanted to have everything taken care of while my deductible was met. The staff got me scheduled for ALL my dental work in one day! There is no way I could have had 4 filings replaced and a tooth extraction AND a root tip removal in one day anywhere else. My 10AM appointment to have two fillings replaced went exactly as scheduled- while checking out the office staff informed me of a 3pm last minute cancellation. They had me come back that afternoon for two more filling replacements. I jokingly told Dr Smith why not just pull the tooth and root tip too? And he did! I wanted to get it all out of the way as soon as possible. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time. His hygienists in the afternoon switched around my bite block and modified some things to maximize my comfort. No one loves seeing the dentist, but it's about as painless as possible with the great the great team at Frankel Dentistry! I had a consult between appointments regarding dental implants and both of the ladies who helped me were great. They gave me so much information and even got me a referral for Invisalign. I might have a little pain today, but I've definitely got a lot to smile about.

She kept hurting me, like pressing the thing against my tongue. She finally just used her fingers to hold the piece in place. Then after the doctor told me I had "new" cavities, and it wasn't from the root canal I just got from them, I asked the doctor about antibiotics and something for pain, he looked me in my eyes and told me he'd give me something for the pain, which can be excruciating. Fast forward to two days later, I'm at work and my tooth is on 10. I call the next morning @ 7:30 the tell me the doctor will call me back. 12 noon comes, I call them, they have no recollection of me calling, then they put me on hold for 10 minutes then drop me. I call back, they give me some BS excuse saying that they computers went down. Then after an 8 minute wait, then come back and tell me to alternate btw ibuprofen & Tylenol! I'm like "the doctor looked me dead in my eyes and told me, emphatically that they would give me something for pain!" She said the doctor said I should contact my PCP for that. Then why did you tell me you would handle that? I couldn't been called my PCP if that's the case. She wasn't even gone to say anything about the antibiotics I had to tell her I needed that too! Very unprofessional and Will tell everyone I know NOT to go here! Looks nice but they're very unprofessional and really only care about your insurance. They kept saying the 1st time I was there, "you got that good insurance!" I work for Chrysler and definitely will relay the message that this place sucks!!!!

When I found Corner Dental I was so relieved that they accepted my insurance AND they scheduled me in fast! I was afraid the Dr would tell me that we needed to extract AT LEAST 3 teeth. Instead, he said "We don't need to extract when we can save them!" I had three root canals done. (They wanted to do two at a time, but I said if I'm numb then do all three!) I was comfortable and pain free the entire time. The dentist and hygienist checked on my well being frequently. My entire view of the dentist was changed. When Medicaid denied my crowns, the office called me and told me they already sent in an appeal. Within 24 hrs my crowns were approved and I was back in the chair getting prepped for them!
