Worse, she only contacted me on the morning of 4/15--after she had already scheduled an unauthorized $1,250 withdrawal from my old account. Because of her negligence, I am now burdened with the arduous process of recovering these funds from the FTB myself. Between the total breakdown in communication and this financial fallout, I no longer trust her with my affairs. Look elsewhere if you value basic accountability.

She refuses to answer calls, texts, and emails no matter how many times you try. Then gets uppity about trying to contact her! I tried everything from contacting her 2 weeks from deadlines. Then again, a week to deadline. Assured we are on track and on April 14th she emails (finally) and says "due to time she is filing an extension"... what???!!! When you complain, she kept my deposit and told me to go elsewhere. The whole thing is extremely upsetting. I really did my best to work with her... it's just an impossible situation. I've never encountered a situation like this before with anyone else. It's not too much to ask someone in private practice (who charges $400 an hour) to reply.

She is consistently unable to return phone calls, emails, texts, smoke signal you name it. I have never met a more unprofessional accountant. And wish anybody else in Gilroy, to run and run fast. Not to mention she stole our deposit for this years tax returns, that she refused to process, because we were "bothering her" during tax season. We are on limited income, because of our Make a wish child, so taking 250 from somebody who really needs it, is quite cruel.

Every time I've gone into this center the employees are rude, and almost always not doing things the right way. They don't inform you that if you use efc check they will hold your account for 7 days until of course you try to transfer or reloan at another center. So basically you are screwed especially in an emergency situation. Its ridiculous. And they expect you to do all the leg work when it's obviously their job. I think I'll be going to advance america from now on. Especially since I don't have to deal with rude and mediocre employees. I hope corporate monitors their yelp reviews. I was told it would be only 10 minutes, yet 25 minutes later, I still want seen and the lady was still with another customer. I left to another notary that was available. I showed up today, after calling, to notarize some more documents. I chose this place because I wanted a notary today on short notice and all others were not available. I was told she was available. I arrived and could hear she was with another client. I was told it would be 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, the other client is leaving and now I can be seen. I understand if she has other customers, but an accurate time frame should be provided. The receptionist should not be saying she is available when she is clearly with a client!
