Worse, she only contacted me on the morning of 4/15--after she had already scheduled an unauthorized $1,250 withdrawal from my old account. Because of her negligence, I am now burdened with the arduous process of recovering these funds from the FTB myself. Between the total breakdown in communication and this financial fallout, I no longer trust her with my affairs. Look elsewhere if you value basic accountability.

I was again using Turbo Tax in this case I upgrade even to TurboTax premier and the tool told me I owe 8000$ (Federal and State together). I thought this cannot be and I called TurboTax service hot line and I got a bunch of links and videos which did not help at all. Afterwards they told me to complete a survey. I saved my time and learned my lesson. TurboTax might be good if you know what to do but the tool and service people do not help you if you are missing knowledge. So I started to search for a Tax Service office and I found the Premier Tax Service well rated but not many reviews. On top of that it is around the corner, so I thought let's give it a shot. I made an appointment to drop off my paperwork and I was told next week to get another appointment to complete the report. The appointment did not happen, and I was moved to the next week where it again did not happen and I was moved to the next week where it again did not happen because if remodeling of the parking lot. The remodeling was really ongoing I have seen it, it was not a excuse. I admit I got a little bit impatient and thought man you should maybe go to another place. At the end I figured out the first appointment moves happened because of the small business tax deadline which is at March 15th. Long story short I got a $2000 refund instead of paying $8000. You might see it was worth the wait. I will for sure go there again next year. Side mark I paid a little bit more than the estimate but again I made basically $10K. So what's the point paying more?

this place doesnt know what they are doing when it comes to doing taxes this place did my moms…read moretaxes paid them an absurd amount of money only to have her taxes done incorrectly and she had the foot the penalties from the irs and this place refuses to help or admit they messed up on her tax return they told her she owed what was close to about 3k to the irs on her return and she had asked the guy more so this guy name noel if thats all she owes for the year and thats it if there s no other payment she has to pay and he said no thats it so i get the voucher he sends her and print it and send it out to the irs with the payment then the irs comes hounding her for more money like a month or so later so shes confused why she has to pay more so i had to call this guy noel and ask him what happened and whats going on then i tell him i can email him a picture of what was shown in the irs statement so i did and we go back n forth emailing and he just seems so dumbfound and clueless saying oh she owes this and that i told him if he miscalculated her taxes for the year and whenever i get my taxes done i either pay 1 time or get a refund and thats it no other action is needed later down the line and he seems to be just avoiding the question cuz he knows he screwed up so after that he just stopped emailing me and refuses to take responsibility for his own mistakes ... this guy is completely incompetent and needs to take responsibility for his own mistakes but refuses and just ignores u.. for what they charge to do your taxes is completely insane too i wouldn't recommended anybody to these guy and ill have my mom have her taxes done by my tax preparer who will do it for more than half the price of what this dude charges.. this guy is a joke stay away from noel unless u want your taxes done incorrectly and u get penalized for it
