She's also exceptionally personable and despite having a maxed out patient load of countless patients, she remembers everything we ever talk about. I've never had to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes (usually less) to be taken back to a room and be seen in the 19 years I've been going to her. As for the complaints in reviews below mine - you're there for a dermatology visit, why would they be checking your blood pressure? Rude receptionist? They've been pleasant and helpful for the nearly 20 years I've been there - maybe it's you?

Rather than taking responsibility, they doubled down on their attitude and showed zero empathy or accountability. This is not how patients should be treated, especially when it comes to their time and healthcare. I expected basic respect and clear communication, and sadly, this office failed on both fronts.
