But the blood clot medication was not working. I had to be in the hospital on the IV for 3 days.  I couldn't move, drive, walk, I was in a wheel chair. Then they said my chemo stopped working. Then I started to wear all of the Photo Therapy patches you recommended. I did those every day faithfully.  I lived with my sister, because she was taking care of me. Now I take care of myself, I can walk, run, I can drive. I am able to do work around the house. And fully take care of myself. So I moved out of my sisters house. And a lot of my protocols that I was doing before, went by the wayside. I wasn't doing all the things I was doing in my therapy. And I started to feel something was off. So I remembered what I was doing before. And one thing was the patches. I started to wear them again, and have been wearing them for 2.5 weeks again. I have a lot more energy now. I was wearing patches for 3-4 month, in 2022. After that, in Nov 2022, they did X rays, and the doctor said that my lungs look better than 2021.  I have a girlfriend who is doing chemo and she said, I wish I did what you did, take my health into my own hands. Went to this Hewlett location to personally finally try a full body Cryotherapy experience. What is Cryotherapy you might ask?? It's a process of cooling your skin to about 32 degrees Fahrenheit for a short period of time. The body temporarily goes into a "survival mode" sending blood to your body's core. This triggers adrenaline, endorphins and all sorts of hormones throughout your body in the hopes of natural healing. It was a super fast 3 minute experience to endure a very manageable dry cold sensation to reset, restore for a rejuvenating feeling. The quad tightness I went in with from multiple Pilates and Yoga sessions this past week, and didn't fully restretch out :/ definitely seemed not as noticeable later that day, and non existent next morning. I had no idea they even had another location until I googled Cryotherapy today. I called up and spoke with Ingrid. I explained I was a client at Bellmore and about 2-1/2 years ago I received a certificate that I couldn't use because that location closed shortly after I received the certificate. I asked her if she would honor it. I was told no because they have a different computer system and it's the same owner but different computers. And this and that and the suns in my eyes. So basically this business stole $500 and will NOT honor any part of my certificate. That's bad business especially knowing you're going out of business and still issuing gift certificates.

I suffered from a very traumatic accident almost 7 years ago, the doctors told me i have 4 dislocated discs in my neck and back. Stretching exercise and of course working out would be good for me, they recommended. I've seen chiropractors, holistic doctors all said the same thing Ruth took one look at me during the initial assessment and pointed it out right in my posture. As i was laying on the massage bed, i could almost feel the bones moving back into place! Like i could feel my body healing.
