I am relieved because water would seep in during bad rain storms and luckily it has been a drought. The prior owner of my house definitely did not look into having gutters done when he rehabbed the rest of the house. Must have run over budget. It was raining when I left for work this morning and I am thankful my foundation won't be getting more screwed up than it already is.
