It was pretty much in and out, and I got $10 that I otherwise would have thrown away. It is better for your wallet and the planet to just spend a bit of extra time making this effort :) Additionally, the staff members were really friendly and seemed excited to be helpful.

They let me know when they were on the way, & when they were here, they were extremely polite, professional & friendly. They took care of the items, (including one heavy, awkward item out of my basement) quickly & efficiently. Such a relief to have everything gone!
