Have shopped here for years spending a couple grand a year but will just order online from now on as they take broken/faulty devices back. The female employee told me that she couldn't give me information that is older than a month because I just changed over to a new system. Sounds pretty fishy to me. If all of their information has been deleted from their system then obviously, many of their former customers will be buying other materials that they offer in their shop and not look online for others. When I ask for clarification, the employee said "like I told you" and then continued to with her explanation. I found this very condescending because I don't need anyone telling me "like I told you". I went there 10 mins before the were closing so I didn't want to keep them there later and planned on just going in and out. I was immediately greeted by Kayla who did a fantastic job explaining the membership and all the current sales. Kayla also didn't not rush me and encouraged I test out some if the products. The prices were what I think were great of course living in Hawaii, I'm used to paying so much more for same product. Im not sure why they have received any negative reviews and maybe it Was my lucky night! In my experience the 14 day unopened return policy is better than I've ever personally seen since most places offer a strict no refunds. Being new to the area I haven't found my go to Vape store but after tonight's visit and my experience with their associate Kayla, this will be my home Vape. Even if other places are cheaper, I think I would rather pay more and shop at a location with a nicer ambience. In fact Vape stores should be like bars and cater to a certain type of customer. Personally a few dollars more for a shopping experience with class, is worth it. Even the shopping bags are elegant and chic! Additionally Kayla did a phenomenal job selling me products while not acting pushy. She was also really presentable and friendly and I would recommend when hiring new employees, your criteria should emulate with Kaylas customer service skills.
