The menu is big enough and the prices are cheaper compared to others and usually the whole store is 30% off for medical. The parking situation and the quality of the product is where I am docking a star. The parking is atrocious - only one way in and out and with the construction in rookwood right now it is 1000x worse. The neighbor at the beauty salon next door is rude and will chase you to your car. The product quality - I have got bud that was stale and concentrates that were melted.

I am also docking a star due to like others said the disounts changing and saying one thing online but something else when you get there .. any other place they honor the price online when you ordered but here will literally delete the discount then make you pay full price and explain website error. They're not going lose their license over someone buying a sale item after the sale. It's not like Kroger where the cashier can provide solitions/discounts. This has been my goto dispensary since they all opened in August. Friendly, educated, and a good value. I would recommend the Landing to anyone looking for a dispensary. The experience is welcoming and not intimidating. The staff is great, Sky and the thin guy with the white hair are my favorites. I really need to learn the guys name.

In the end it was an okay experience but not as smooth as others I've experienced in MI, etc. It seems that this is the case for most in the Cincy area so I'd say overall it was a positive experience and the staff was friendly.
