In the year that I have had to communicate with Kori, I have received many condescending and rude responses. Kori was tasked with managing our property and tasked with enforcing our lease agreement with the renter. Upon the renter's exit from our property, I fully realized the extent to which the lease was not enforced resulting in me having to spend up to $1,000 in repairs. Kori took money out of the renter's security deposit. She drafted me a check, that when I went to deposit into my account (late but still within the check issue window) resulted in an account with no funds. She wrote me a check from an account that did not have enough funds and has failed to reissue a proper check since. I have contacted her many times in the past year requesting she fix the matter, only to receive condescending and rude responses. Anytime I have contacted her about an issue about the property or renter, she has provided mostly condescending and rude responses. The purpose of hiring a property management is to have peace of mind and not have to double check and correct several errors. The move out for the renter should have have been smooth. Upon finally checking reviews online, I immediately realized many others have had very similar experiences with Kori and her company. As a woman, I always want to support other women and/or women run businesses. It makes me sad that I would not recommend this company to anyone else in the future or use the services myself. I will be contacting a lawyer now to correct this situation. read more

Poor customer service and Lori is just plain snarky and rude. They apparently don't have to follow ADA rules regarding service animals so beware of you have esa's or service animals. She is the rudest person I've ever met. If you tour a property with her be sure to not ask any questions because if you do she will get defensive and act like you're bothering her. Beware. The overall attitude working with Kori was so incredibly condescending. She is able to take a sane person and make them question every part of reality. I ended up waiting forever for repairs and she charged me for things more than 60 days after moving out. Including having an "unauthorized pet" that we had had many conversations about. She added $800 worth of charges after the walk through and then only mentioned them 70+ days later. No matter what the situation actually is, she'll have an "answer" for everything. This property management company is awful!! A breach of financial data occurred earlier this year - she sent unencrypted financial data from one HOA to a member of our neighborhood via an email attachment. A crazy number of grammatical errors throughout her paperwork, a contract that is partially invalid because handwritten changes were not initialed by both parties, conflicting information between her proposal paperwork and the contract...these are just a few examples. Last night, two fraudulent posts were posted on the message board in the LPM portal which led to the reporting of the incident to the local police. Avoid at all costs!! read more

These people are the absolute worse. They made a mistake with an hoa they operate and had the audacity to get attitude with me when I pointed it out to them. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever received. read more

The service here was quick and snappy. While other realty companies might waste your time on the manusha of renting a home, Lords Property Management was not only fast but compassionate. They understood my situation as a low-wage worker and helped me with the property. I dont understand the reviews that gave them a one star; they seem more mad at the HOAs then with the business. read more

Kori Lord and her entire staff are FREAKING TERRIBLE. They speak in condescending manner and obviously have NO CUSTOMER SEVICE TRAINING AT ALL. She does not need to have a business. She is very clearly in this business for the profit. They recently have enforced parking permits on our neighborhood ( I've been here since 2019, they enforced this in 2022). Cool, however the process of getting a damn permit is impossible. They want all cars to be registered to this address. They want copies of everyone's ID that lives here. They want a copy of the lease and it needs to be an official lease. When I called just to get clarification, it was explained to me that even though we pay for the houses we do not own the parking lot and the HOA owns the parking lot. Therefore they can enforce the passes or permits if they want to. It was also explained that the HOA reserves the right to know who all is in the house, including visitors. At one point I did not have a car and I had my sister drive from Maryland so I could borrow her car. I parked on the street so they wouldn't tow it out of the neighborhood, but my tire was on the grass so I got towed anyway. When I called and asked where else are we supposed to park if we have no possible way of parking in the parking lot, whoever I spoke to informed me that basically it's not their problem and that I should've planned better. Just today I called, because all the documentation that I had sent to get a permit was not good enough. So I called for clarification and stated that it's becoming complicated to get a permit for my car. Kori Lords response to me was condescending and belittling. I politely informed her that I did not appreciate her talking to me like I was a child because I'm not. She stated that we should just restart our conversation because if I continue to have an attitude she doesn't have to help me and won't. REVOKE HER LICENSE LIKE YESTERDAY. At this point forget the permits I will just email a request for temporary passes each month until I move. If I could give - stars I would. She doesn't even deserve 1. If anyone has any resources where we can report her to someone higher up that would be great. We should all come together on this. read more

So we rent a townhouse and we have been in it for over a year. No problems. Well one day as I'm getting my kids ready to leave for school and my girlfriend is going to teach 3rd grade we walk outside and there's no cars.... apparently unknown to us, lords property management, had taken over our neighborhood a few months prior. Cars were towed for not having some sticker we had never heard about. Upon trying to reach the owner kori it was next to impossible to actually get her on the phone and even less helpful once she was on the line. STAY AWAY!!! This woman doesn't care about you or your property she's in business strictly for profit and lacks any and all customer service skills. Constantly passing the buck and refusing to cooperate with anything "against policy" your company has 3 employees policies can be changed. She hides behind litigation and rushes to get off the phone. By far the worst experience of my life. In order to get parking passes we have to change our license and registration to this address, but we don't have a key to our mailbox. She has no solution that's usps problem. My girlfriends car had 30 day tags on it when it was towed. Not even so much as a sorry. She's cold and rude! Do not recommend doing business with Kori Lord or any of her associates. I tried to give this zero stars but yelp doesn't allow it she needs negative 5 stars and to have her business license revoked yesterday!! read more

My community HOA pays a handsome sum to Lords property management. This means the grass gets cut once a season if we are lucky not to mention I didn't see a single snow plow come through my neighborhood this winter. I'm not one to voice my opinion on the internet but the professionalism or lack of that I had the displeasure of receiving today from Mrs. Lord is the reason for this post. read more
