After having no other option than to take our daughter to CHOP urgent care in KOP when her fever reached over 102F during after hours last night and the poor care and exceedingly long wait times we experienced has confirmed this even more. As with most things in life, Doctor Liz left the group practice and went on to other non-private practice things. Sadness. The other pediatricians were good, but none understood him as she did, herself a mother of 4 boys. A few years pass, and an email arrives. Doctor Liz is back! She's joined Center City Pediatrics, opening a new office in Bala! Yay! We immediately make an appointment for the Young 'Un's annual exam. The visit was great. The Young 'Un, aka the NMT (Newly Minted Teenager) was quite comfortable discussing his health with Doctor Liz, even that awkward puberty stuff he normally despises discussing with anyone, exam was given, all is well. Doctor Liz is approachable, smart, thorough and easygoing. So very excited she's back in practice. Highly recommend!

So I was literally in tears from anxiety when I came in for this one (third and hopefully last ever!) First, Dr. Salva calmed me down and reminded me I could still back out if I wanted to, which I really appreciate. She was so caring but still totally professional, and was able to get it in whole keeping me relaxed as possible. There are no words to describe the world of difference in the way Dr. Salva placed this IUD. I'm still in shock that it wasn't the horrific pain I was anticipating because of the other experiences. Such a wonderful doctor, and a huge relief to have found her. Highly recommend.

I had to have a procedure and she gave me the option of the operating room or in office. She clearly explained both options and let me make the decision myself. I ultimately decided to have it done in the office and she was very patient with my last minute questions and her and Jennifer checked in throughout to make sure I was ok. They also called the next morning to check in on me. Going to Penn in itself has its positives and negatives you know you are going to a large network with well known doctors but it can be hard to get in touch. I recommend using the patient portal to send messages you get quicker answers and if you ask for a call that can help if you want to speak to someone. Once I knew I had to have the procedure and had their info and knew who to ask for it was much easier to get answers. I would recommend Dr Salva to anyone looking for a new doctor!

My Orthopedic surgeon felt I didn't need surgery and would heal and sent me to Dr. Frank. With 1 epidural steroid infusion I walked out of the hospital pain free. He is a highly skilled and personable physician with a caring bedside manner unlike no other. Just a Brilliant physician. Just a note... After reading reviews prior to my visit felt it was imperative to report .... All office staff has been replaced with smart, educated and caring staff. The office staff is attentive and returned all of my calls and addressed all of my concerns.

I explained to his assistant when I cancelled. She gave me another appointment 3 weeks later. When I go, he tells me 2 deaths in my immediate family was no excuse to miss an appointment. I explained to him I had meds during this time because of the way they are filled (pharmacy always sends out 3-5 days early every month). He then takes me off of an extended relief med I've been on for years, and lowers the dosage of the other. What type of Dr does this? He said I should have missed my voters funeral rather than an appointment with him. And would NOT give me my prescriptions without me seeing him. This is no Dr anyone should want to go to. He's under anesthesiologist Drs.
