If you love your baby-choose another pediatrician! Dr.Chaplinski office does not care about newborns and their wellbeing. Since the first visit I was thinking to switch and today I am going to do so. It doesn't matter what your appointment time is, you'll wait with your newborn more than an hour just to be invited and spent half an hour more with undressed baby to see the doctor itself! Today in the morning time I requested an emergency visit due to my baby condition and they scheduled me in the evening...ok, we was waiting whole day to came in the office and to be send back home, because doctor already left! Why are you doing this to a little ones? We spend whole day to finish up in Urgent care at Friday night!! What they do care about is vaccination, of course, $40K bonus is the priority. read more

My son was at this office for a little over a year. While I loved his doctor (Dr. Eng) the receptionists were always off-putting and made me and clearly others feel uncomfortable. I almost switched to a different pediatrician's office when I first went into their office because of how they were treating other people. In particular there was one older woman who was rarely ever pleasant and very condescending to those she interacted with. The doctors at this office really do seem wonderful. I wish the office staff was just as wonderful because it would make for a much better visit. read more

This is not a Pediatrics Facility I'd recommend. The receptionist took pride to let you know you were 15 minutes late. In lieu of that, they made a big deal to contact the Doctor to see if my child could be seen only to be turned down in humiliation as if they were swamped. (Mind you, there was only ONE other waiting couple to be seen in that office) It's extremely disappointing to see someone go above and beyond their call of duty to make you feel like you're not valued as a human being nor a patient of the facility. I love this office! Dr Walter is our pediatrician and is always so personable and honest. I've always had wonderful experiences with the other doctors, when he wasn't available, and have never had any issues with gaining an appointment or having a question answered. Beverly and Sue are also amazing and willing to spend time talking to the parents, and to the kids. One thing that I love is that they tell you when to worry and when not to worry. I trust their opinion and know that the kids are what truly drive this practice. read more

Dr Eng has been the family pediatrician since 2002. He does not jump to prescribe medication and is always available for questions. He has an excellent bedside manner and is excellent with children, I highly recommend and trust him. read more

Drs Simonetti and Irwin have been our doctors since our daughters were born. Always professional and welcoming. Having coverage by the other doctors in the practice enables 7 day a week visits. The Staff is equally friendly and always helpful. read more

My boys LOVE Dr. Walter! My 4 year old is happy to go to the doctor's office - how often does that happen?! The reception staff is very nice and we've never had a problem there. Even when our family was having insurance and financial issues they did everything possible to help ensure we could afford the care our kids needed! Really good doctor and nurse practitioner.. the only issue I have is the receptionist. We were there for an appointment on Christmas Eve at 12:30 so my daughters appointment was the last one. My wife and daughter were in and I was sitting at the reception and heard the receptionist making remarks. And when my wife and daughter came out and we were on the way when I went to give the form back the receptionist was very curt and would not even acknowledge my presence... the receptionist is the first person a potential customer sees and should be courteous.. read more

Worst office ever. They are rude and not helpful. The office is never open. There emergency line it take several hours for them to get back to me. My child was in pain and no one would call me back nothing was working. When they finally called me back she w as rude and unhelpful. read more

Over scheduled. How long can you blame a new computer system for being 30-60 mins late for a well and/or sick visit (and that's just until you actually see a Dr or NP)? The front desk will call you up at least once for info they should have collected at check-in. You will sit in the lobby for 30 mins and additional time in the actual room waiting to see the doctor or NP if no doctor is available. I actually paid a lot of $ to leave a different busy practice only to come to this twice as busy/unorganized practice. I had heard good things but I am not impressed at all. read more
