They spent so much time with my wife, daughter, and me. They ensured we had a great experience and were comfortable before leaving (which as you may know, with an infant can be stressful). When my daughter had her first cold and needed a note for daycare to make sure it wasn't anything serious or contagious they were able to see us the same day.
