We received a letter 2 yrs later from the IRS, and according to our tax auditor, it appears they had inaccurately lumped our residence in with a block of commercial property lots when cleaning off their books with the IRS, which kicked off a subsequent full-scope audit, based on it looking as though we had a sale of an undisclosed investment property, instead of our primary home sold after two years to fund another primary etc... We had to fight legally with the IRS for over a yr to resolve the issue and cost thousands for just a stupid mistake which 'Presidio' created and was able to wash their hands of and not be engaged or a part of the problem resolution they started because of their incompetence. Do not use this outfit they're sloppy and potentially dangerous fiduciary well-being!

I kind of let her give her talk and then politely stated that we really just wanted to discuss mortgages and that we already had a realtor. Her attitude quickly changed and she scolded us saying that it was against realtor ethics for one person to get advice from two realtors and that she would not show us any homes. What??!!
