Instead of rebooking the massage, the therapist asked if we could just tag an extra 15 minutes onto the remaining massages. I was kind of annoyed since that's not really comparable, but finding time on a weekday to make an appointment is difficult so I said, okay. Second massage was fine. But the therapist called right before my third massage and canceled as she wasn't feeling well. Then, when I tried to reschedule, I was informed that the therapist was on maternity leave and that they had a male therapist filling in. They did say that I could wait until the female therapist came back from leave to reschedule the final session. And now I have emailed them on four separate occasions to try and book that appointment and no one has ever gotten back to me. They only communicate by email, so I can't even get someone on the phone to discuss.
