I show up for my appointment and the lady says I'm not in her book. I show her the confirmation email and she says she has costumers at 10 so I say that's okay my appointment is at 10:15 I'll wait. She then stares at me. So I say "oh are you saying you can't take me?" She said yes we have costumers. So I leave. The upsetting part was my spouse went in to talk to them about the booking and they said nothing. They did nothing to try to switch my appointment, offer a genuine apology or anything. Why offer online booking, and a confirmation if no one will actually check the bookings and confirmations. We drove 45 minutes to Pleasantville to get the treatment (I work in the area and saw it had good reviews so wanted to try it out, so we drove a distance on the weekend). So no real apology, no offering to rebook, nothing. I would've accepted the mistake and rebooked in person, but they didn't even offer that to my spouse or I. They just stared at us and said they wouldn't take me. I wouldn't even bother booking here again. Since I work in the area and all of coworkers knew I would be going here for a scalp massage, I will be sure to tell them don't bother. Many of them said they would try it out if I liked the service.

It's pretty spartan in here, however the accommodations are fine given that you're heads down on a table. They play soothing music which is nice. I've had multiple masseuses and they're all great. Very easy to give direction to, caring and happy to either chat throughout or just leave you alone. Owner is also extremely nice which is not always the case. Massages are roughly $1/minute which is great given the quality. Like others I noted the 'no sex' sign which is really unfortunate, as it means they've had to put up with some unsavory and frankly racist stuff from some customers. They're wonderful people and I will definitely keep coming back. Well worth it!
