I was willing to forgive it the first time, but not the second. Perhaps even more unbelievably, on both occasions I was the one who brought the lapse in coverage to their attention. While they apologized when this was brought to them, that does not make up for this level of ineptitude. Quite simply, they have no system in place to catch issues like this--something that should concern any potential customer, especially high-net-worth individuals.

I understand that B&P does not control Progressive but they vouch for them by selling me their policy AND they should be of more assistance when their customers are getting the runaround.
