The staff is friendly enough once you get to the counter, but the wait times feel unnecessarily long, even when the store isn't crowded. I've had much quicker and more efficient experiences at other UPS stores, so it's frustrating when something simple like dropping off a package takes much longer here. I ran to this store because I had a package to return. I got there (like many others) About 40 min…read morebefore they Closed. I had what I got from the vendor scanned by the guy at the counter. It wasn't the right thing. He politely told me I'd have to go back online and try again. I was determined not to have to make another trip and sat in my car struggling with the website, Changed my password 3 times--no fun. Finally, a bit harried, I went back into the store with my open box. "Thome" who had helped me before, kindly took the box, taped it up for me and printed the label for me as well!
