I have a wedding coming up and my suit pants had a seam rip, they've also always been too long. I had Lori's fix the seam and hem them up. I made a New Year's resolution to dress better so I also brought 2 other dress pants to hem. They did a great job and the price were reasonable $42 for all 3 trousers. DO NOT COME HERE! This woman has no clue what she is doing. I brought a dress to be taken in, and my dress was butchered. My right sleeve was an inch+ shorter than my left sleeve, she added random pleats to the back, sides, and chest part of the dress which ruined the dress completely and how it laid on my body. This shop could also use a serious cleaning, is cash only, and all together was a HUGE disaster. I'd give 0 stars if I could. read more

Worst Customer service ever! Long story short, took my wedding dress to have the straps tightened (nothing too complicated)walked in to the dirty place, was never greeted in a professional manner by the owner. Told her what I needed, tried on the dress so that she could see where I needed the straps tightened and she didn't even use a tape measure. She started to cut on my dress, while I was wearing it before she told me what she was planning on doing and when I stopped her she responded with an attitude telling me she "needed to cut in order to show me where she was placing the straps".She then proceeded to tell me that my bust was large and in order for the straps to sit correctly I would need to "loose weight"! Annoyed, embarrassed and out of options I allowed her to keep my dress to do the alterations. I dropped the dress off in July and came to pick it up in September, when I walked in she was on the phone, again no greeting just held her hand out for my ticket (still on phone) so I took it upon myself to try my dress on. Opened the garment bag it came in and the beading was coming off everywhere, appliques were missing on the straps and there were loose threads everywhere. Where she had fabric marks (bright red) to place the straps, she never removed from the dress, and told me no one would be able to see it and on top of that the straps where in the wrong place and looked like a 3 yr old had stitched it together. I made her re-set the straps in front of me and she acted exasperated and annoyed that she had to move them. At this point I was fuming and felt if I was in her presence any longer I could possibly loose my temper. I put the dress back in the bag, tossed the money at her (I really shouldn't have even paid)and walked out. Worst Customer service I have ever experienced, and alterations were completely unacceptable .DON'T USE THIS PLACE! read more
