This company that manage properties needs work. It's 87 in my house and the land lord sends out home warranty ( old republic) the tech says unit needs to be replaced. What does painted desert do puts in another and request a new vendor until they find someone that can repair it under home warranty so the owner doesn't have to pay. While I can't sleep my bills are high no reimbursement in three years of ac problems.i will update as a resolution if they ever get one. It's been 8 days and still the ac is back out it's cooler in the garage then my house. It's been two months there is still a broken toilet and a broken sink in the master I can't use. I'm telling you don't rent property from these people soon I will post every work order for the same thing that never gets fixed. I will follow up in one more week
