Not recommended. Our experience was with Marc G. a property manager. We ended up not going through with getting the apartment because he is impossible to contact for any questions. Our agent who works for them directly also isn't able to contact him. We could only imagine how difficult it would be if you had any issues with the property after leasing it. Absolutely unacceptable experience. They withheld our deposit and other payments owed, and only paid after four months--following repeated calls from my reliable tenant. Despite canceling the agreement just a few days after the one-year mark, they charged us for the entire following year. Writing this review on behalf of my mother. This has been the worse experience ever. If we could give negative stars we would. It's the dead of summer with record breaking temps and my mothers A/C keeps going out and Wynn realty will not do anything about it. Marc Gisi (the propert manager) is rude AF, extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. He uses foul language and belittles the tenant. My mother paid her rent up front for a whole year so I guess they feel they can brush her off because they've already been paid. We are currently in the process of obtaining an attorney and have reported Mark Gisi and Wynn Realty to everyone we can think of and next we will be calling the news station. I wish my mother would have read all the other reviews before she got herself into this situation with these slum lords! read more

This is a honest review of my experience with Wynn realty group. Please do your do diligence and understand land lord and tenant law before renting from anyone especially these folks. I had the opportunity to rent a unit from this company for two years. Throughout my duration of the lease agreement, Wynn realty did not bother me with any inspections, they were timely and professional when it came to small repairs needed to appliances, and were overall professional. Dana, who is the assistant to the property manager, Marc, was pleasant to deal with. Marc, not so much. Marc can come off as rude and very arrogant. My issue with the company was when I was supposed to receive my security deposit back from them. Per Nevada revised statue, they have 30 days to give you a security deposit back or send you a final disposition to why they kept your deposit. This company attempted to tell me I was to pay for a paint job and carpet replacement. I left the unit in as good of condition that it was given to me. There was no reason for them to have me pay for anything. I hired an attorney and threatened civil litigation. They then paid me my deposit. Be aware from renting from them because this is not their first attempt of this. Be aware of this is you chose to rent from them as they will attempt to steal your money. I flew out from Chicago to Vegas for one day specifically to find my mother a home. We were on a time constraint schedule. When I saw one of their homes on Hanging Tree, I expressed interest. My realtor, who works independent of their company, did her best to help get my application. The morning I was flying back to Chicago, I get told via email from Dana that I have to come IN PERSON that day to deliver the $150 application fee. I had to get my realtor to deliver a money order in person. When I landed, I dealt with even more issues. Dana contacted my landlord and couldn't get ahold of them. She said if she didn't get a response I would need to get ahold of them. She also said my mother's credit check didn't go through. This made no sense because the credit checking website informed us her credit check did go through. What I don't understand is my income is more than satisfactory as is my mom's, we have no negative tenant renting history, we provided my tax return, her job offer, my paystubs, basically every document under the sun. And on top of this, I was the main applicant. Wouldn't my credit be of greater concern than my mother's? Why did it feel like I was having the FBI do a birth through death background check? It was more than satisfying, after reading all these negative reviews, to politely inform Dana we no longer needed the subpar property run by a clearly terrible management company! read more

My girlfriend and I were having a rough time finding a rental home, and Michael Wynn helped us out alot. He took time out of his busy schedule to help us look for a home. (It was Valentine's Day and his fiancée's birthday week! Hehe.) He was very communicative and kept in contact throughout our search. He was also very informative. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT RENT FROM MARC GISI AT WYNN REALITY.. he will give you a 5 day notice to get out on hearsay With no proof, avoid phone calls and hang up when you do get him, avoids any attempt of contact. Not to mention took my whole deposit for an eviction that didn't happen. I am fighting this but I want to save others from the hassle of having to deal with the lies and games oh and I'm not for sure but all this was because he wanted to charge more for rent and my lease wasn't up for another 5 months so what better way to do that then to remove me on false accusations with no proof and take my deposit. UPDATE: I got this apartment when I was out of state and was informed this was a safe neighbor and a great location and this came to be false. I was approached from behind from a stranger thankful my dog warned me and he ran and then a man was killed right outside my apartment and my neighbor had drug deals going on throughout the day cops was in the complex more than once a week it seemed. If I can rate them to 0 star I would. People who work here has lack of communication skills. I pass a application for the condo I was trying to rent out and they told me it is available so I drive all the way there knowing that there's is no applicant yet submitted a application. I lived the other side of town I get lost going on my way there and then I figured it out. It took me 45 mins driving after that they said I need money order they don't accept check for application fee of $60 so I drive again to the closes Walmart in the area. Got all paper work needed to submitted & money order. 3 days later they call me & said somebody has a application & get approve and I need to pick up all my money Order & paper works. I own four properties in the Centennial area which I had transferred to Wynn Realty to manage because the orignal broker who assisted the development of my investment portfolio entered a venture with Wynn Realty Group. When that venture fell through, I did not renew my contract with Wynn. That is when Wynn Realty Group revealed their lack of service. Wynn delayed the transfer of documents to my broker. During that time one tenant abandoned one unit leaving damages that cost $5,000 to remedy. Obviously Wynn never conducted an inspection for condiction of property, which I understand is a common practice of property managers. My current property manager asked for all pertinent documentation including HOA accounts. Wynn sent only the lease agreements, neglecting to send payment instructions for HOA dues. Being an out of state owner, I entrust the property manager to be professional. Because of Wynn's neglegence, I have two properties with HOA dues in arrears with penalties and liens. These I have paid immediately to protect my excellent credit standing. I encourage people not to entrust thier property management to Wynn Realty Group. Your interest is not their interest. read more
