Charles was profoundly helpful & didn't seem to mind me needing to try on multiple sizes in different shoes before i could find the perfect fit. Over an hour later and 3 pairs of sneakers later.... Im extremely satisfied with my purchases. Soles has a wide variety of different sneakers that i haven't seen in retail or online. By the end of my adventure i had the opportunity to also meet Gabby & Malik. What a fun crew of young people all providing great customer service. I say this because they didn't seem annoyed or bothered by having to do their jobs- everyone was helpful and definitely didn't seem to mind assisting.

Not only did he cut the legs too short, but two obviously different lengths. The pants are unwearable and instead of at least offering some solution, (I'm a reasonable man) I was told that the only thing they would do is cut the longer leg to match the shorter. Zero accountability for poor tailoring on his part. I would never go back and will certainly tell my friends, family and neighbors to avoid this store as well. The store has a mix of current items and past season. Newer shoes are 15% below retail. The older an item is, the more reduced it is. But, don't expect to buy a $450 paid of Tods for $150. The least I have seen any $450 shoe here is perhaps $300. I just love Tods driving Mocs for their soft, buttery leather. I currently own 9 pair. Yesterday was the first visit where they didn't have my size in either of the two Gommino driving shoes I selected. They located a pair in New York, but, I didn't order as I wasn't 100% sure they would fit (newest line runs a bit smaller). This is one of my "must visit" shops in Sawgrass Mills Mall.
