On top of that, another pair I had purchased from a different reseller had the same problem, and Natalia took care of it as well, arranging the repair without hesitation. The staff here is always welcoming and pleasant. Yes, as stated below, their stock room is not on site and if you need a size that they do not have in the store they have to run upstairs and grab it. A majority of the boutiques in this mall are like this. The staff always lets me know that it will most likely take them 5-10 minutes to run to the offsite stockroom to grab my sizes. At this point it is my choice if I want to wait for them to return, or they can get my pieces and I will come back after I am finished with wherever I need to go next. When I choose to wait I am always offered coffee, water, champagne, whatever I want to make waiting a bit more convenient. I can tell you now that the previous review of a 20 minute wait is an absolute exaggeration. I am in this mall every Saturday and the characters I see are sickening to humanity. It is not the staffs fault that their large stock room is in a different location. Be patient and kind and you will receive the same patience and kindness in return. The problem I have with shoppers at Bal Harbour is that a majority of them lack respect, integrity, and seem like they have never stepped foot into a job in the service industry a day in their lives. I have shopped now at 3 of the 5 Moncler locations in the United States and every single experience was a great one. If you are looking for great cooler weather to winter attire this place is a must have! Even for those cooler Miami winter nights!
