Since my last review in 2021, I have frequented this shop a TON and this year I basically have gone every week. I have gotten very into the metaphysical, so I initially began shopping here more frequently because of their incredible and diverse crystal selection. I particularly love their mystery bags that the employees intentionally and thoughtfully curate! They are great to buy for yourself or your loved ones and it's a unique and thoughtful kind of gift that those who are interested in crystals, incense, candles, and holistic goodies will really appreciate! I've also done two different tarot readings, one was a 15 minute walk in that I was able to pop in and do in the same day, and the other one was a thoughtful gift my friend had gotten me. Both readings were so lovely and spot on as well! As of this year, I've begun to take their CLASSES! They offer a ton of incredible classes, taught by their incredible employees who are subject matter experts in their fields! I've taken Tarot 1 (January 2025), Tarot 2 (February 2025), and Lenormand (April 2025) classes with Janis and The Magic of Astrology (March 2025) with Jorie! All have been incredible and hence why I keep coming back! She's intuitive and crafty, when I commissioned her to make candles for my birthday party last year she nailed it. Mind you, I only offered her "sparkly and blue/purple" as descriptors! The candles were periwinkle votives with gold sparkles and a feminine, relaxing scent. Above and beyond usual favors! I am excited for her brick and mortar vision manifesting, and went the opening weekend for a crystal reading. I also appreciate her sincerity and honesty, she has a really refreshing take on all things mystical that even this jaded New Yorker can get behind. I only wish she was on the east coast! They had a lot of different kinds of crystals. They had a variety as well. Everything within the glass cases were more expensive and hard to find crystals. If you are from the United States, they have a way for you to choose U.S when you pay with card. They also have a system where you can sign up to earn rewards. The woman working at the counter was super helpful and kind. I was super excited to see that they had some things I was looking for that I could not find in Michigan. The prices were pretty fair too. The previous photos did not do it justice. There was a lot of crystals in the shop.

Anyways, I call UPS, the next day and ask them to send the package back. They tell me I have to wait for it to get delivered to refuse it. That the STORE has to request to have the package shipped back AND THAT MY PACKAGE IS BEING CHARGED EVERY DAY IT SITS IN THE WAREHOUSE!! I'm so sick I checkin my emails and this back and forth. Putting my plans on hold over and over because I "might" actually have a delivery THIS time. Email, email, email. This is so annoying and frustrating. I know they are sick of me too. Guess what, I check my email lol today & I get another new delivery date. WITH A $337 IMPORT FEE! I paid $63, for some catnip, lavender, rose petals, jasmine, some candles and some incense. I'm thinking it'll be easy because I live in Detroit, Canada right there. NOPE. I've gotten things from China, London and Japan. Had no issues. No insane fees. No emails from UPS. I was a happy, unbothered customer. I can now call UPS telepathically so today I do so lol. I let them know, I'm NOT payingggg thatttt. Nope. Nuh uh. I refuse to pay that. I wasn't prepared, let alone forewarned about incurring that kind of expense. I tell the lady that I don't the package, to send it back to the shipper and SHE DID IT NO FREAKIN PROBLEM! Bro what?!
