They claimed the original quote was only for champagne pouring and that our requests were outside the scope, despite months of clear communication. They insisted on a revised contract with an added fee, even though our needs hadn't significantly changed (we were even willing to forgo rented glassware). It seemed Larissa, who hadn't been involved initially, disagreed with Tony's pricing. * Late April 2025: We coordinated inventory drop-off with Tony (Chick-fil-A in Leesburg). When we inquired about a cocktail tasting, Larissa said we'd need to book a private event at a bar. We declined. * Hours Before Inventory Drop-off: We received a cancellation email and Venmo refund with a vague text citing "further consideration" and differing expectations. They provide so much detailed pre-event info and options for you to customize the song list, Taylor's outfits, etc. They are also so kind and accommodating and work with you if you have any other traditions or things you want to do before Taylor arrives. We wanted to give a few welcome remarks and a brief 15 minute speaking portion (cultural tradition) and their party host helped facilitate it all. All of the kids were so surprised and I'm sure they will be talking about it for weeks. I'm also not sure who had more fun - kids or adults! This is definitely a great party for all ages, and boys and girls. I was worried because I have boy/girl twins but all the boys loved it and were singing and dancing the entire time, too. I highly recommend adding the light up Eras tour backdrop because it really made the concert amazing. I can't imagine it without it. Taylor hung out after the party to take as many photos as guests wanted and even spent some time chatting with kids and other guests. Not only is she so sweet, she is legit! Many people commented on how much she both looked and actually sounded a lot like Taylor. Many kids (including my own) said they were pretty sure she was the real Taylor. The Taylor Experience far exceeded my Wildest Dreams! If you're thinking twice about booking her, don't wait, just do it! It's worth every penny! I do want to note something because I was a little worried at some points because we booked the event 4-5 months ahead of time. The company does many other kids parties with all of their character offerings, so they're extremely busy. They usually prioritize answering emails in the order they receive them or for the parties coming up sooner, so there were a few times I waited to receive a response. I kept wondering if they were legit or not going to show up. I am only including this not as a criticism of the company because they truly are legit, professional, and amazing. I'm only including this as a reassurance for anyone if you've paid your invoice and don't hear a response right away, don't worry. Because I was looking for this kind of reassurance from reviews, too. They WILL show up and in the week leading up to your party, they will confirm all details and make sure everything is perfect. They just have a lot of parties and events, so it does make sense for them to prioritize the earlier parties. Anyway, again, thank you so much Taylor and all of your amazing crew for giving us the party of the year that none of our guests will ever forget! ETA: We had a few guests with kids with autism and other intellectual disabilities and their parents have all shared how awesome Taylor, the party host Heather, and the entire crew were so inclusive and supportive of their kids having a great time. All this was done without any distraction and was able to keep a smile on everyone's face. This year in particular i have to give a big shout out to Kim for going well above anyone's expiations. We had one of our musicians go down with a medical emergency. Without any hesitancy Kim jumped in and was jamming along side the other musician. How cool is that! My plumber met me there and one of the employees produced the contract. $150 for the deposit and $62 for a four hour rental, they also offered $6.18 for insurance. I declined. Backed my car up to the service area and a young fellow loaded it into my car. Even offered a cover to lay it on. Got to my house and snaked the pipe out. But during the job we noticed that the auto switch was broken so I had to use my keys to leverage the switch on. And then halfway through reeling the snake back into the coil the drive belt started slipping. So the plumber had to manually pull the snake back out. So when I returned it we informed the sales associate. He then offered a %15 discount, but my plumber wanted more. So I settled with and the rental ended up being $9 dollars less at $55. Overall wasn't too bad an experience. Good customer service! And they have a wide variety of rental needs on site.

Event though I could have done so, the guy that helped me ended up carrying the stuff to my car. They even told me that I did not have to clean the fountain when I brought it back. How about a fountain, a cotton candy machine, raffle machine, chairs or tables. Yep, they got that too. The place's customer service sets it apart from other rental joints. It has a small parking lot and a small customer lobby. They had 3 people working the counter when I was there, so there was not a long wait, if any, to check out. If you are ever in need of renting some equipment, I highly recommend checking this place out. They have competitive prices, nice equipment, and the best staff.
