However, she stated they did not have replacements items. Because our event was the next day, we had no choice but to accept the defective items. I wanted to registered a complaint and ask to speak with a supervisor. I was informed that the manager was on vacation and would call me Monday. I was told that their policy is to return calls within 24 hours. She never counted me, so I called her Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, each time I was given a different excuse for her not returning my call or not being available.
