La County Fair! My first time here. Taking a wine tasting class while here.

I went to Los Angeles County fair for the first time this year. There is so much to see and do. We paid extra to attend a wine tasting event. That's a lot of fun. We indulged in some good Mexican food. We wrote the sky ride and had a great view of the entire fair. I really enjoyed the train exhibit. We were able to go into some old train cars. Several of the cars had tour guides to tell us about the history. It was a very hot day, but we were able to find indoor seating to cool off and rest our feet for a little bit. The parking was easy for getting in and out. I hope to come back again next year.

It's been years since I've been back to the LA County Fair, and honestly, I feel like they've added a lot. It's a pretty large fair with tons of food, activities, entertainment, and vendors to check out. Costs can definitely add up if you go on a lot of rides, but I mainly spent money on food, which wasn't too bad. Some of the fun attractions included the dog trick show, pig racing, and the animal petting area. There was definitely plenty to see and do throughout the fairgrounds. I ended up buying the Costco deal, and it was honestly an amazing value. It included 4 tickets for $65, about 20 game tickets, and a free discount book. Definitely worth checking out if you have a Costco membership. Also, parking is best purchased online since it's around $22 online versus about $28 at the gate. One thing to note: they seriously lack water refill stations. If you bring a reusable bottle, it's surprisingly difficult to find a place to refill it. I only came across one station in the entire venue near a bathroom.

My family and I have created a new tradition of visiting the LA County Fair on opening day for the past seven years. This year was no different. We arrived at four pm, left by eight pm, and still did not see half of the fair, even though we walked a great deal. It There is so much to see and do at this HUGE fair. We visited several vendor showrooms where you can buy pretty much anything you can imagine. This is always fun. I came away with a handheld mini vacuum, lens & glass cleaners, mini scissors, several types of peanuts, and a few other items. I was even able to renew and upgrade my Costco membership, as a Costco representative was busy enrolling, upgrading memberships, and handing out goodie bags. There are live animal areas, a large car show on display, live music, soooo many food options, carnival rides, science, art, and numerous other exjibtdisplays, a huge indoor rolling skating area, and much more that we did not see or visit, as it was simply too much on a school night. We plan to return for a second visit in a few weeks, before the fair ends in the next thirty days or so.

Another year, another trek to the Pomona Fairgrounds for the L.A. County Fair! This was our 8th time at the fair so I think it's safe to say we're pros at this by now! Always pay for your tickets and parking ahead of time for cheaper prices. If you're not into the games, always enter the fair by the Plaza De Las Americas - easy access to restrooms before you start your day, and King Taco always hits the spot if you want to grab a quick bite! For the 2026 fair, we were adventurous and saw a concert (actually two for the price of one) - Banda El Recodo and Banda Los Recoditos. All the years we've been here, we never saw a concert until now. If you get the opportunity, definitely check it out! Our seats were Section SS4 in Row S, so it was in the first section right in front of the stage. The chairs are tied together, so when seated everyone is elbow-to-elbow (not the most comfortable), but most people stand during the concert anyways so it wasn't too bad. There's a cheaper standing zone a little further away if you don't want to sit and there's bleachers all the way in the back if you really want some space. Honestly, no matter where you are, the music is going to be bumping and you'll see the artists on the big screens anyways. Since concert tickets include free admission to the fair, we went early to check out the usual sights. The Culture of the Low and the Slow is always a must to see lowriders and fantastic car art. They even offer a retro portrait photo booth this year (very fun)! The exhibit halls all offer different things and vendors. We like that they have a Big Free Little Library, so if you're a bookworm like myself it's worth giving it a look to see if there's any free book you want to take home. If you're feeling nostalgic, there's a Retro Row Exhibit that features KITT from Knight Rider, the DeLorean time machine from Back to the Future, and photo-ops (like a classic Pizza Hut, a video-store, an 80s bedroom, and more). Skate-R-Cade is also back, so if you want to play some arcade games or skate around on roller skates, this is the spot to look for! It wouldn't be the L.A. County Fair without ridiculous gluttonous food to clog your arteries with! This year we had a burrito and tacos from King Taco (the sauces are guaranteed to clean your sinuses), strawberry funnel cake from Funnel of Love (absolutely huge), fried zucchini and a buffalo chicken mac & cheese cone from Chicken Charlie's (personal favorite). A good number of vendors are part of the $10 value menu, so keep an eye out for those items if you want to get your grub on for cheap. The Longboard Bard & Lounge is bumping every night, so this is the spot if you want to have a few drinks and dance. Overall the 2026 L.A. County Fair is a good time and there's something for everyone here. Get your walking shoes on, use sunscreen, hydrate, and have fun!

Snoopy is everywhere this year! ;)

Took advantage of Pomona $1 day yesterday to go to the fair with my daughter, my annual fair buddy. We stayed from 11:45 until 2:00, checking out the exhibits, eating Dippin' Dots and garlic Parmesan fries with thousand island dressing from Fresh Fry's, and having fun people watching. So glad they decided to change the month of the fair to May from when it used to be in September! Yesterday it was sunny, but not too hot, with an occasional lovely breeze. By the time we left it was starting to get more crowded. If you get a chance to visit the LA County fair before the end of May, be sure to check out the Millard Sheets art building, which has a cool exhibit, and also a hands-on cardboard crafting room for kids and families alike. You can build your own miniature cardboard vehicle to race down the cardboard runway they have just outside of the art room. In the exhibit hall with the artwork of school children, the theme is agriculture and they have several fun interactive exhibits: a giant bubble making station, and remote controlled robotic vehicle that you can "drive" around, and some punching robots that you can fight against one another (it was down when we visited). Check it out! Highly recommended!

Hi I have mixed feelings this year. Firstly the regular parking is $25.00 card only. Secondly there were fewer vendors and the three expected wasn't there this year. Thirdly I liked the one with these contests entries and this year Building 5 instead of Grandstand under renovation. Next to it is one with one side roller skating and other 80's and early 90's style display with great memories my favorite part of it. Another vendor is free books, DVDs and CD's inside one of buildings I had nice ice cream at After's next to petting zoo. I didn't go anywhere on the West or South side of the Fair. Thursdays when bringing 5 cans of food get in free. One booklet is info on cheap eats to grab at information booth.

I haven't been to one of the fairs in years, so it was a nice to see how it is now. We went on a cloudy Sunday and I have to admit it was nice to not be sweltering under the sun. The experience is exactly what I remembered when I last attended one 10ish years ago, but it does feel smaller than before. In any case, it's a fun place to go with your family (like I did this time around) or a date with your special someone. Many carnival games and rides for all ages, bbq and deep fried foods that fairs have been famous for (a lot of food items with pickles?), petting zoos, animal interactions, pig races, and a bunch of shopping stalls. One thing that really bothered me was how some of the sales people at the stalls go over line to get you into their stalls. I was stopped numerous times by sneakers cleaning people who wanted to demo and sell me their products. I was ok with them trying to get my attention, what I wasn't ok with was one of the stalls had one guy who came out to me while i was standing in the middle of an aisle and sprayed my 2nd time worn Balenciaga tracks without permission. They are new, I don't need you spraying chemicals and scrubbing on my new shoes! Now I had to stand in his station to clean off that one shoe. Once he was done cleaning that one shoe, he tried to point out the difference compared to my other one... they looked exactly the same after his product dried off 20 seconds later. I was quite annoyed. Except for the above moment, the rest of the day was pretty cool. I had a $22 funnel cake that was the size of a small pizza, and I was pretty good. I couldn't finish it (not even sure two people can), but it tasted like strawberry and custard donuts.

Stopped by on Saturday, 05/09/26 with my boyfriend. It was also LA County Day so admission tickets were $8 online (in contrast to $20), so we took advantage of the deal! We didn't stay here for long and just enjoyed eating the foods they offered. We purchased the $5 Passport of Savings book which is a green booklet that has a bunch of coupons. Additionally, the booklet has coupons for 7/11 which is set to expire 12/31/26 as well as a free Admission Ticket (only valid Thursday-Friday and Memorial day). We used a couple of coupons such as: - MACPHERESONS ICE CREAM: BOGO ice cream cone ($8.50), this place is always part of the booklet deals and so WORTH IT! - BACKYARD BBQ VILLAGE (used 2 coupons): Free fries with purchase of turkey leg ($21.89) and 1 corn in a cup (worth $9.65 but $2 off coupon) / overall subtotal was $29.54, tax (10.5%) was $3.10 and overall total turned out to be $32.64) NOT IN PASSPORT TO SAVINGS BOOKLET - FOOD: - My boyfriend also bought nachos for $10. It also comes with a small plastic LA County Fair container as a souvenir but ended up throwing it away. - He also bought me corn in a cob which was super buttery. He said it was around $9 (insane, I know) NOT IN PASSPORT TO SAVINGS BOOKLET - DRINKS: - 1 space dust = $15.50 - 1 paloma = $12.50 SUBTOTAL = $28 TAX = $2.94 OVERALL TOTAL = $30.94 Overall it was a pretty warm day so make sure to always bring sunscreen and a hat just in case.

For 2026, LA County Fair is from May 7 - May 31. The entrance is simple looking compared to the OC Fair. The staff was friendly and the layout of the place looked good. I noticed that the kids' rides are all very close to each other. The only disappointing aspect is that this fair DOES NOT have a good dining area. I saw a few tables and chairs near the entrance only. I did not even notice this until I was on my way back (not that visible too). A lot of people were just sitting on benches! It's like this - just do not eat at the there at all! How can you even enjoy eating your meal? It is such a shame, there are a lot of good food around. I found a bench inside one of the halls and tried my best not to spill anything or make a mess. It was uncomfortable. The OC Fair is the opposite. I got food from Garlicky's. The Garlic Fries were good but the Garlic Stuffed Sausage was not. It looked appetizing but it was hard to chew. I think it got overcooked and the hot dog bun was also the same. I really like the Bloom Wild (mobile) Book Shop. You can get free books here. This was inside Hall 6 and had a cute photo op area too. Not sure if I am coming back here again, unless the dining issue is improved.

It's always fun when you're a kid or adult!! Lots of food, lots of buildings with tons of exhibits, don't forget the animals you can visit!

I am writing this review $387.50 later, honestly it was such a great time. I had no trouble at all getting into the parking lot at the Pomona fairplex it was pretty fast and the staff direct you where you have to go. They have tram stops if you don't want to walk to the fair entrance. Which was great. I went ahead and hopped on one and got to the entrance pretty quickly getting into the fair was not a problem you just scan your ticket and go in then they offer if you want to take a picture which I did take it then you see the ticket booth to your far left we went ahead and purchased the unlimited ride, but once it was purchased, I did not know that it was only up to 7 PM that we could use it luckily, we got there at 3pm. Food was great! It was fun to walk around and try new foods play some carnival games! We had a blast! Worth every penny!

    Cool artwork

I haven't been to the LA Fair for at least 10 years so we wanted to check it out to see what if anything has changed. I also like that it is opened in the cooler month of May versus September. Enjoyed my time here but was disappointed in the contents of the exhibits. I used to love all the different kitchen gadgets and new product line offers you would see at the fair. Now you have the same vendors repeated a handful of times in one hall. I also don't think they display the photography and the baked good entries as well as either the Del Mar or OC Fair as it was underwhelming and not labeled or categorized very well. Inside the Flower and Garden Pavilion was pretty and colorful but the outdoor exhibits in The Hill area was missing something and was not hitting the mark like it used to back in the day. They used to have nice backyard/ landscape displays and this year they did not have any. The backyard pool display was abandoned with an empty pool. My favorite part was probably the Farm and Gardens area and of course the fair food options albeit expensive. I always like taking advantage of the value menu options since the portion size is smaller and allows me to try more fair foods. Note: It was sometimes difficult to find the right vendor location. The OC Fair has a food map so you know exactly where to find the food stand you are looking for. For example, I was looking for pork belly tacos in the outdoor marketplace area and saw a big sign "pork belly tacos", when I went up to order I didn't see a $10 value menu sign hence they did not offer it at this stand. I ended up paying full price since I was hungry and did not want to hunt around for it. I always enjoy walking around the fairgrounds but to be honest this is not my favorite county fair.

Worst concert experience ever!!!! My Son invited me to watch the concert War. I'm not really from the era, but my son's girlfriend was taking her parents and his best friend was taking his. The concert was small so they did not have it in the big arena. They had that blocked off. I had seen TLC two years ago and had a wonderful experience. They had regular standard restrooms. You could sit in benches and there was also a bar that you could access in the regular concert venue. This was not the case. They had a restricted area where they had the small concert by where the pig races were. You could not access any of the standard restrooms and you had to use the porta potty's only, this made it such an unpleasurable experience if you happen to be having adult beverages and using the restrooms frequently. I went in and it was so absolutely disgusting. The seats were so squashed together you couldn't even breathe while watching the show. They were just fold up chairs that we sat in. My son said he didn't mind walking me out to the standard restrooms. The next time I had to go. However, they told us at the security gate that we would not be allowed access back in if we went out so we stayed out. I won't even get into the initial parking situation to park your vehicle. The incompetent parking lot attendants guided us to the exit instead of the parking lot. So we spent 20 minutes trying to get back in the park and explaining that we had just purchased the $26 parking ticket. They also do not accept any cash so everything had to be used with a credit card or a debit card. The only thing we were able to purchase with cash were our pictures we took upon entrance. If you're planning to see a show, just sit outside and enjoy the regular restrooms since sitting inside was so uncomfortable and you would have to use a porta potty. I still had a glorious time with My Son regardless of this unpleasant experience.

One of the highlights was the small circus-style show featuring bikes and motorcycles, which was entertaining and added a unique touch. The acrobat portion was fairly short and ended up being my least favorite part of the event. The lighting and visual effects were absolutely amazing. There seemed to be a blend of Alice in Wonderland and The Wizard of Oz themes throughout the experience. While the visuals were beautiful, I think it would have been even better if they had fully committed to one theme rather than mixing elements together. My favorite part was exploring the many small rooms scattered throughout the venue. Each room was decorated differently, and it was a lot of fun discovering all the creative details and designs. I do hope that future versions stay more consistent with the chosen theme instead of sprinkling in random figurines that don't quite fit. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I'd happily return next year to see what they create next.

They offer some great deals for local residents as well as on weeknights. We stopped by here the other night after my birthday dinner. It was a little chilly and windy, but there were so many cool things to see and do here. Talk about a plethora of options for photo ops and selfies! The Wizard of Oz theme is cool. There's a couple rooms that don't seem to follow the theme, which helps mix it up a bit. There's also a "circus" which looks like a lot of BMX and dirt bikes. We heard it and saw some of the performance, but it's a very small area of the attraction, so we were more interested in everything else. We ended up staying here almost two hours and they were getting ready to close. This is definitely worth checking out if you're looking for something fun and different to do in the area.

The sunflower fields were one of my favorite part -- absolutely beautiful and perfect for photos. The petting farm was such a cute touch too (the sheep definitely stole the show). You can tell the students really put their heart into making the whole event feel welcoming and organized. We also stopped by the Farm Store on our way out and stocked up on fresh produce, wine (they grow their own grapes!), and some amazing pumpkin bread.

Got there when the event first open, crowd was too massive and was able to take some really great pictures in the Pumpkin area. The petting zoo was really fun- Goats and herds of sheep were walking around the petting area awaiting to be fed (really liked the cleaning station near the exit for easy hand washing), animals were really mellow- which created a fun environment for kids. Agreed with some reviews; the entrance fee is a bit pricey, though I did enjoy this festival

We ordered a couple drinks, loved that some places had samples so we can try before we buy! My bf got a smashburger & I got the loaded carne asada fries my friend tried the asada elote! We all pretty much loved each of our options I will say their side sauces are what made it pop for me! The green sauce was so spicy I loved it & the other orange sauce was delicious too! Later on we got some Cathy cookies ugh which are some of our faves! So had to get a bucket haha then some curly fries which were ginormous haha but better be if we're paying OC/LA pricing ...so to be expected. So fun & cute to see all the dogs dressed up in their lemon fits (: Downside was parking was ridiculous. It was packed so very crowded so lines were a bit long here n there. Also if ya didn't find free parking (which was a long shot around the time we went) we had to pay $20 to park at the high school lol

I enjoyed the freshly squeezed lemonade and the grapefruit jelly I purchased. I enjoyed the company of my friend who checked out the festival with me. My friend commented that we normally don't hang out in downtown Upland, and there are some inviting looking restaurants, cafes, and shops to check out sometime. Cons: expensive parking ($20-30), WHERE ARE THE LEMONS???, too loud and crowded, pretty much a mini LA County Fair without any of the cool exhibits. The main issue is the misnomer: you hear lemon festival and you kind of expect lots of cuisine that is lemon-focused. Like at a garlic or lobster festival. Maybe it used to be, but not anymore. So as a first timer, rather disappointing. 2.5

For parking, it was an easy process going from the gate and getting funneled to available spots. They take American Express at the gate. Be prepared to remember where your car is parked because it could feel like a maze later. For food, there were a lot of options all around the venue. There were so many options but my girlfriend and I could only try a handful. There was a good variety of items and we specifically got to try the following: matcha latte, pork belly tacos, tiramisu parfait, pizza taiyaki, and ube banana pudding. We saw online that there was a program. But honestly this wasn't something we focused on. Most of our time was spent browsing the different halls that consisted of different vendors, food vendors, kpop, artwork, anime, etc. The only drawback was we were not able to get a full preview of what vendors were attending. However, we were able to get by with some of the ones highlighted on their instagram and discovered by walking around. We spent about 3.5 hours here. A lot of vendors accepted American Express. Looking forward to coming back here again!

My wife spun a wheel and won a free facial. Was it free? She loved it so much, we purchased two facials and other cosmetic specials. Several food trucks to feed the hungry. We got there at 10am so we weren't very hungry. It smelled tempting though. Half of the exhibition were filled with anime and card shows. A great place for those who are interested. Parking was good once you got in. They only took credit cards, so this took time to get in.

So glad we listened. We ordered a lobster grilled cheese sandwich and I can say that it is BY FAR the very best sandwich I've ever had and for sure the best food I've ever tasted at the fair. The crispy bread and the gooey cheese, lots of avocado and the lobster! Just heaven, pure pure heaven. Just talking about it makes my mouth drool. The spicy sauce and the cheese all complimented each other without covering up the sweet taste of the lobster. The sandwich was big enough and filling enough to share. They had so much delicious food options that I would def want to go back for. Such options like their filet mignon quesadilla, kobe sliders and the pork belly tacos (I believe).
