So much delicious fooood! And you know we had to visit Zindrew's wontons twice!! We ordered the mild pork and shrimp wontons and the sauce is just so tasty! Love the portions and the friendly service. The cucumber agua fresca from Las Michelaguas was very refreshing and the chamoy rim was delicious! Shared the drink with my boyfriend and it lasted us the entire evening! Sushi Pizzeria was a highlight as well with its hefty sushi slices! Great flavor and great service! I loved Silent Disco last year and it was a bummer that it wasn't brought back this year! It was so much fun and I'm really hoping it comes back! I also would've liked that there'd be more space because the middle lane/section was extremely crowded and compacted. Very cool event in the city of Arcadia. Lots of food and drinks to choose from, Very cool live performances from aspiring up and coming artists as well as DJ's playing a nice set of music. Best things we tried were We tried the sushi pizza from Shushi Pizzeria 8/10, the spicy tuna onigiri from Randy's Spammies 10/10 and a Ube Horchata 1000/10...that was an amazing drink! I wish I could give credit to the spot who made that drink. Overall I would definitely recommend for a date night or a good time with friends and family. read more

This was my second time visiting the 626 Night Market and it definitely felt more crowded than last year. One major plus is that parking is free and tickets can be purchased online. Our first stop was Zindrew Chili, their wontons are an absolute must-try! They are flavorful and the chili sauce is delicious! We also tried the sushi tacos and sushi pizza. Both were good! My lady and I went the the 626 Night Market on Saturday 6/20/26, and it was a mediocre experience at best. I'm not sure what all the hype is, but I guess it's worth experiencing 1st hand. We ordered our tickets through Eventbrite as they stated tickets weren't available at the door, but they did have QR Codes that you could scan at the entrance to buy tickets. Parking was free which was a plus, but remember where you park as it gets pretty crowded. Once you enter the grounds, you will run into numerous booths, mostly pet items from what we saw. You get into the food stalls once you enter the sectioned off side of the parking lot. You'll find multiple games, stalls of all kinds, a stage with some live music playing, and of course the food stalls. You will find everything from, bar areas, sushi pizzas, skewers of all kinds, ramen spots, kbbq options, numerous desserts, funnel cake, fried gator, fried frog legs, big baby bottle stalls that offer free unlimited refills, and a unique deep fried balls booth. We had to get the big baby bottle as it's one of the known items. We decided to get the medium size, and I have to say that it's enormous. I don't know how anyone will need to come back for a refill, unless you got the little bottles. We chose the passion fruit mango lemonade as our drink, and I have to say, it tastes just like one of the ones you would find in gallon bottles at Costco, just a bit watered down and super sticky. We also got the Spicy Hot Cheetos Balls as it appeared unique and something we wanted to try. You get 3 large size balls of Buldak and cheese ramen battered together with crushed hot Cheetos and deep fried. Honestly, this was better than I expected, but not spectacular. My lady was initially interest in the friend frog legs, but they seemed a little off. We didn't find anything else that jumped at us as a must try, except the mango sticky rice stall, but that line was pretty long. I'm not sure if we'd do this again, as I was expecting something closer to the night markets in Thailand or Taiwan, but it felt more like a carnival with just kid rides and an extremely limited number of games. read more

We went to the 626 Night Market in Arcadia at the Santa Anita Park. It's from 4PM-11PM. We arrived around 5PM and left around 10PM, so we got to have a pretty full experience (no pun intended but it's there!). In case you haven't been outside in a bit, the summer heat rarely lets up any so dress accordingly! Ladies dressed to impress in heels but were hobbling away by the end of the night - remember that you're going to be on your feet pretty much the entire time! If you go when it's still light outside, be forewarned that there's minimal shade and you'll probably be elbow to elbow with other sweaty people trying to hide from the sun like vampires. The event is entirely outside and mostly in the parking lot so hydrate hydrate hydrate! Speaking of which, some drink stations had a good deal to buy collector's cups like huge baby bottles or capybaras that had unlimited refills - they're so good that you'll want seconds anyways so go for it! For food we first tried the tteok-bokki from Gong Su Gan - very good but had hella kick to it, so if you're about the spice life this is what you should grab. Next we tried the watermelon sushi from Rolling Fried - you would think they wouldn't go together but they do! Very tasty! We also had sriracha chicken fries from Friedays - on point and very filling! We picked up some Korean hot dogs and desserts to go. Our friends tried D-Cake Pops from D-Cake Hub. The market has plenty of food options to choose from, so you're bound to find something you'll enjoy. It's not all food though, so bring some cash for the vendor booths. Lots of art, jewelry, and collectibles to choose from. Some sold fans, sunglasses and umbrellas (sneaky but smart) in case you forgot to bring your own. There's also some game booths to try your hand at winning prizes if you're feeling lucky. Overall we had a great time. It definitely gets cooler at night, but the trade off is that there's more people so the wait times will be longer for food. The 626 Night Market is what you make of it. It's like a mini-fair complete with porta potties on the side and foot pump washing stations to clean up (but most people will overlook the regular indoor restrooms by the entrance). read more

This has been on my bucket list for quite some time so I went for the first time this past weekend. I splurged a little because there was so much I wanted to try. It was a good event to experience, but didnt feel like I was missing out on much. I think there are so many options in the LA area nowadays that offer the same types and quality of food, that making the drive out to the market and spending a lot of money of food wasn't too worth it. The cheapest item was $10 for two mini skewers (not pictured). I got there at 4pm because I wanted parking and beat the lines....there weren't lines but it was HOT Overall, I don't regret going but also wouldn't go out of my way to attend again. My first and most likely my last time visiting a 626 Night Market. I remember many years ago, people would go to a 626 Night Market because there were food vendors pop ups that you could only be able to find at a night market. Now, things have changed. You're paying $15 for the same Boba that you can get just a block away for half the price. The admission is $6.00 (cash at the door, or $6.50ish online includes fee), parking is free, but expect to pay $1,00000000000+ for the skewers, hot dogs and fake Lafufus. There are lots of vendors that sells Temu items that you're able to get online for 1/3 of the price - thanks but no thanks. I went with a friend that had been a vendor at multiple 626 Night Market pre-covid days and even he was disappointed at how things weren't how it used to be. Pros- Cheap to enter and free to park When you go when they open even if it is a little hotter. You can try out as much food because the lines are not long. $30-40 all you can refill drinks good value especially for families. Just bring some spare cups and share the night away. Cons- As soon as it cools down or gets closer to dark it is over crowded and ordering food could take atleast 45 mins to order another 10-15 to wait minimum. A staple festival based in Arcadia, CA, it has been remarkable seeing the night market grow and develop over the years with relative consistency! My favorite stalls for the night were the banana pudding stall, as well as the ever tasty and friendly Filipino street food stall (Kanto Filipino Street Food). We just went here for the first time Saturday August 30 since this has been on our to do list for so long. Although incredibly excited to try, we felt bummed out and taken advantage of. First off, every single vendor jacks up their prices and you definitely don't get anywhere near for what you're paying for. You feel completely ripped off and it sucks. We got a truffle lobster roll for $24 and it looked like it belonged on a kids menu it was so small! Complete bait and switch to the pictures. Next up thats a ripoff, the games. The games are about $5-7 per ticket, which is per game. The prizes are also complete garbage. Not only that, there are two different companies so you cant use the tickets you buy anywhere, only at certain games owned by that company. We tried the Filipino food, the one flying the big flag and blasting the 90's rap. Complete ripoff!!! We got the chicken intestines, which tasted like it had been cooked days before. It wasnt even hot. My wife is Filipino and she spit it out, plus it was $20 for 6 tiny ass skewers. They should feel ashamed to serve this food. All in all, I would not come here again with my kids. Blasting explicit lyrics at 4:30pm is not family friendly. I doubt I'd come here again, I'd have to get convinced by my wife (who was also very underwhelmed). We enjoyed the 626 in OC fairgrounds so decided to visit the Arcadia one. For us it was far, but we knew that from the get go. Parking is free here so that's a plus! The venue is large with almost no shade whatsoever. The food stands were similar but some were different. They have beer stations throughout the place but only 1 of them had beer on tap, the rest were cans. Most of the restrooms are port a potty except by the entrance. You are SOL if you want to sit close to the food, the only seating area is by the entrance. Some people had portable chairs by the only area with a couple of trees. I think this was an ok experience for us just not worth the drive and would much rather go to the OC fairgrounds one. read more

First time coming back to 626 Night Market in a while and I'm glad I did! The experience felt much more polished than the last time I was there several years ago! The trinket vendors have evolved into Labubu dealers but I'm not complaining because my wife and I were able to cop some really cute outfits for our Labubus. Their food is still awesome but it's much easier to navigate now and I love the variety of vendors compared to before. I've been coming here at least once every Summer for the past eight years now! There's a lot to see, eat, drink and do! Bring your walking shoes and depending on the time of day make sure you're in comfortable clothes because the heat is no joke. Over the years, the food and drink selections has been pretty much the same- masubis, squid on a stick, pork belly, wagyu items, big baby bottles with your drink of choice, lots of desserts etc.. I would say to come on an empty stomach if you plan to have a little of everything. Be prepared for lines, lines, lines! There are lines for practically everything if you show up after sun down which is when it get the most busy with people wanting to run from the hot sun. I've never had a problem with it honestly, we choose to order at one place, eat that food while in line for another and so on. Bathroom hack - there are many portapotties everywhere but if you head to the main building, there are minimal wait times for indoor bathrooms! No one likes portapotties! One thing I dislike recently is the stands of vendors selling over-priced Labubus/Lafufus, what seems like drop shipment of "hand made" yarn plushies among other items that the quality does not seem to match their exaggerated price tag. I try to avoid those stands but the stands with actual hand made items and with people actively working on new items is where I take my money to. 626 Night Market is a summer staple in Arcadia and around LA -- and California! I make sure to go every summer to check out what new stuff the local vendors have come up with. Parking is free in a huge lot. I highly recommend staying cool and finding shade -- it can get really hot in Santa Anita Park during the summer. If you can handle how crowded it gets, the 626 Market is a fun outing. Not only an array of food vendors, but they also have games and tons of shopping. You really need a full day to go through everything, we were there a couple hours and didn't even put a dent in seeing all the vendors and food booths. Parking is free , and admission is $5 online or $6 in person. I'm taking away a star because there is such a lack of areas to sit and eat. Be prepared to stand and eat your food. The prices are high for the food and games but you can haggle with the shopping, especially if you have cash. It's a lot of walking so I would suggest going in the evening hours. read more

I am from the 626 so I have to support every time I can! This night market has triumphed over the past years and it's a fun experience with enjoying good food, tasty treats, and drinks with your loved ones. Literally, 626 is good if you can with a small or large group. Over the years they always have different vendors with really good options! This year my favs were Zindrew Wonton and Norigami with the best sushi tacos I've ever had. It was sooo tasty and eccentric since I've never heard of a shrimp tempura taco! I highly recommend they have this vendor for a while!! Zindrew as well with the best dumplings I've ever had with the best spiciness!! The service is always good at this market. However, the prices are a bit exaggerated, but majority of the food has good quality. The only thing about this year is that it seemed to have less vendors and I feel they should have had more variety of food culturally. The 626 Market is a hit and miss. Some years it has so many great vendors and some years it does not. This year they did not have many vendors but a few new good ones. I enjoy going every year to try out the new food items. The service is good and the ambiance is cool. Great place to go on a date or with family and friends. Note: some vendors only except a physical credit card, or just Apple Pay. Some accept cash but most of them do not accept cash. So bring a little bit of everything. read more

Went on July from opening time to 9pm to explore. It was on a whim the last min so we paid for the gate ticket $6 cash. Lot of foods and this year a few vendors had free sample promotion. I thought that I was saving money by not buying anything because I was full when I got there. Sis wanted ice cream so I was ok to pay for it not knowing the price. Pros: Well organized with clear parking and well managed entry lines ( trust me in LA that means a lot), large variety of merchandise stalls for buying cute anime stuff, jewellery, candles etc. Amazing collection of food vendors with exceptional tasting food - tried the takoyaki, korean egg toast, pork belly bun, noodles in chicken oil etc. Cons: Just one - it was definitely overpriced. Being South Asian, street food and night markets are associated with cheap, tasty food for the working class people. This is not the case here. An example people are expected to pay $10 dollars for sugercane juice or pay $18 dollars for an egg toast. The pricing was higher than an average sit-in restaurant and we shelled out an easy $150 just for making a full meal for 3 people. read more

Heard great things about this popular night market, but it fell short. Sure, there's lots of vendors to try which is fun, but the price is ridiculous (even for LA lol). I mean, just as an example, 2 milk teas were $25..... Food & drinks weren't bad, but it's nothing special. We spent close to $200 but didn't even get that full because they were all SMALL portions. Tbh, I'd rather eat at a nice restaurant for that amount. Overall, out of the many night markets we've been to in other states/countries, this was eh. 01/06/24 Tonight was a mini market but with a collaboration with Netflix's new series The Brother's Sun starring Michelle Yeoh, Sam Li and Justin Chien. Not sure which cast member was there but someone was. They had a showing of what I believe was the first episode up on the big stage screen. Excitement was in the air as there were a lot in attendance. With only about 20-30 vendors, there was s a lot of great food to choose from. We went with a pork belly bao, hand rolled sushi - a salmon and a blue crab, my daughter wanted to try a tanghulu, and 3 different flavors of churros: plain, Nutella and strawberry. I have been coming to the 626-night market for the last decade, at least eight times. There is a metal detector you walk through, and your bag gets searched. You aren't allowed to bring in stizys or any weed products. Vendors were selling croc charms, crochet plants/animals/pokemon, jewelry, stickers, enamel pins, fidget toys, and artwork. There is less variation in the craft vendors, where you see a bunch with the same products. Where you can tell a bunch of it is the same AI-generated stuff, and enamel pins are from Shein or Alibaba. You can see in the enamel pins that whatever it references, colors, or wording is slightly off. However, there are always several original creators and vendors who came up with their own things that I love interacting with and buying stuff from. There are plenty of food and dessert vendors; however, the prices have gone insanely up. During this visit, the things I got that I enjoyed were bulgogi noodles, lobster garlic noodles, and chili garlic noodles. About 30-50% of the food vendors are the same each year. Additionally, I've noticed that each year, there will be different percentages of food vendors of various ethnicities in Asian cuisine. Such as this year, I noticed a majority of Korea, Filipinos, and Chinese influence. There are carnival games and bars where you can get alcoholic drinks. There are bathrooms in the building or porta potties near the vendors, and I highly recommend walking to the bathrooms at the buildings. There is an entertainment stage where music or live musical performances are played. Parking is free, and drop a pin where you park since the parking lot can get tricky. I have wandered around several times when I forgot to drop a pin. I still enjoy it and will return once a year, but I am disappointed to see the decline. read more

Never expected the OG 626 Night Market to be so big. We only allocated 1.5 hr for this impromptu visit. Free parking is always a plus, but we literally walked a mile to get to the entrance so we only had an hour to fast-walk through the food section. (We parked by the vendor's entrance, because we didn't realize there was only one entrance for attendees.) I hate the idea of paying for night markets. Like, why do we have to pay a ticket to buy overpriced food? But, this place actually got some vendors that you can't easily find elsewhere, and the prices for a lot of items were actually reasonable. There are also a lot of activities here besides just food. They had rows of crafts/apparels vendors, music, silent disco, night market games, photoshoot spots as well. I'm pretty sure we needed at least 2.5 hours to go through everything even without long lines (for first time visitors). So yeah, the entrance fee were actually worth it. Con: some food vendors closed earlier (~10:15pm) than midnight (their listed closing time). I'd definitely wanna visit again, but next time I'll remember to go before 9:30pm. read more

I'm a huge fan of outdoor food festivals and the 626 night market in Arcadia is probably my favorite of them all! It is located in Santa Anita park and is HUGE. For the $5/pp entry fee, I think it's definitely worth checking out. There are so many different food and merchandise vendors that there's bound to be something for everyone. Alongside this, there's entertainment and some carnival games as well. I appreciate how big the space is overall because even though there's a lot of people, there's enough space to walk around and it bump into people. My only gripe is that prices are a bit on the high end and that the lines for food can get long, but that's a bit of a given for these events. Definitely mixed emotions about 626 night market. It started out so strong. Bringing a piece of Asian culture to the 626. But now it's just like any other fair. Full of sugary drinks and snacks, battered fried everything, and very minimal Asian night market food and experience. Was quite shocked to see the beloved stinky tofu stalls have stopped selling the traditional style stinky tofu. It's like the heart and soul of the Taiwanese night market. I do not feel like this event is any different from oc or la fair. I hope to see some changes in the future that allows 626 night market to thrive and separate from conformity. read more

First time visitor to this event and I was impressed. This event will awaken each one of your senses and force them into overdrive (in a good way!) Reminds me of the LA County Fair minus the carnival rides. The parking situation (PACKED!!), the crowds, the heat etc.. The vibe here is very lively, positive and very So Cal-like (easy-going). There are vendors galore selling everyone from Hello Kitty stickers, murals, posters, jewelry, clothing to lobsters, fried octopus, ramen noodles, ice cream, alcoholic beverages in different flavors in every type of container you can imagine. There is also live music, games booths and a kids game area. Food is a little on the pricy side but I would not have expected anything less. Parking was free and the admission price was only $5.00. If this is your first time going, I would give it 5 stars. I would say the 626 Night Market is a classic night market that is hosted all year round. There are carnival games where you can win large stuffed animals, amazing food vendors, and artists displaying their artwork. The ambiance and vibes really immersed you into the nightlife. There are also live performers performing their own music or covers. Honestly, this is something to experience at least once, if you live down here. Some quick tips: -wear comfortable shoes because you will be walking around a lot -prepay your ticket because they may sell out on certain nights -EAT BEFORE because unless you plan on spending a fortune, the food here will not fill you up -bring hand sanitizer because germs -wear sunscreen (if you are going during the daytime) Now, behind the reasoning of 3 stars. This place is a one time thing. You can experience everything the first time around. The food here is too expensive, and every year, it increases. The foods that you will constantly see are the potato swirls, squid skewers, and plenty of boba/drink vendors. And the foods here are more like snacks, rather than actual meals. Sometimes the food is a hit or miss too. All the vendors are friendly, but some of their lines can take upward to an hour to get your food.
