I called and said I was at the door to buy metal, a large amount--to be exact. Her response "My boss only sells to his friends". I was shocked and asked for clarification, which she lacked ways to articulate. I couldn't imagine anyone hiring an employee such as her. She was an insult to business women across the globe, employee or employer. However, I'm sure the owner is aware of her lack of professionalism and is to blame just as much. Don't waste your time! I had a great experience dropping off to the E-waste LA. I had 2 giant computers plus a monitor and…read moretwo keyboards sitting in the backyard in a storage bin that someone had left here several years ago. The hard drives already removed and I finally loaded them in my car and took them to the E-Waste LA. The location is on the corner and you turn into a little alleyway and park. I put my hazards just in case and I walked into the little area where the shop is. I didn't see anyone but the Ring loudly said "hi you are being recorded" and that's when the kind owner came out. I told him what I had and he brought a trolley to my trunk and helped me unload. He sad thank you and then he took them. I didn't have any charge for leaving them. I know if I had hard drives in the computers he would have been able to destroy them in front of me for a small fee each. I read other people's reviews that they were charged for some things they dropped off, I'm not sure what would warrant a fee. At the shop i saw all kinds of things like old tvs laying there. It's nice knowing that this stuff can avoid the landfill and hopefully they can recycle the parts or dispose of them safely.

Lots of parking so easy to unload your recyclables into the bins. Was quick and easy and we got more than expected. Guy was very friendly and moved fast. Solid place. Might be our new go-to.
