A week or two later I came into the shop and met Lance. Very nice guy! He showed me around the shop and we went through different options of powder coat. Ended up going with a black fine texture. Price was very fair and actually consistent with many of the competitors out there. Lance was very straightforward with everything. Their whole team was on it from the start. Customer service was fantastic! My bumper was ready the next day, but I didn't pick up until the following week because I was out of town. Lance even emailed me pictures the day after I dropped it off. I finally picked up the bumper and I couldn't have been happier. They spent two days prepping which included fixing damaged stucco, filling holes, and they even took down the direct tv dish on the side of our home. They don't have photos of their unfinished work on their website to give you a true idea. They also refused to come down on the price so that I could pay someone else to finish. And lastly, in the fine print it says they will leave a dozen giant bags of sand and debris which YOU are responsible for somehow transporting to the dump.
