So I purchased ticket's,to the first Pacific City Tap Take Over (they were free) we valet parked…read more$8.00 for the first 2 hours, then without any reference in the advertisement, decided to go into Way's & Means with our "Tickets" as we know the owners of this restaurant, they looked at us like we were crazy! No one from Pacific City had informed them of the event, No one at OC Weekly had informed them of the event, there were no food & drink pairings, the manager came over and after showing him the "tickets" and the ad, he offered us a taste of 2 beers and a bottomless option if we were so inclined, I had the Madras Oysters, my wife had the bacon wrapped shrimp and a glass of wine $33.00 total, we then went to Ola, they did have a beer special, but again no food pairings, as it turns out it was Taco Tuesday all day and night, $25.00 out the door, I give OC WEEKLY 5 stars on the Idea of Brew & View, 1 Star (an F) on execution, we left there still scratching our heads, Perhaps you should change the name to OC WEAKLY? I love the magazine, and although it's tempting, im not taking this to FB. VM
