We did a 1200$ order club order. The girl said she would get us a better price if we paid cash. We got multiple quotes. Everyone said they would take 10% off if we paid cash. So I asked her if they can do the same deal since I get my companies work shirts done there also. Once I paid the deposit she had no clue about the discount. Said of sorry there's nothing I can do. I gave them 900$ cash. Not going back! The shirts were cheap hanes that has recycled materials. The shirts were knock offs. I asked for top quantity Hanes. We got China knock offs. I have never seen or heard of the ones they gave me. Shrank bad And there super short. When you bend over you butt shows. The screening was not good. It looks like a bad copy of a copy. The Sweaters were the same deal. All bad. I would like a refund for the poor quality of the shirts and screening. Soon as I do. I will take down this review. read more

This place is awesome. My Bridesmaids cards were absolutely perfect, so perfect words cannot explain how I feel because on graphics totally exceeded my expectation.. My fiancé is the one who has done business with them in the past and gave me the referral. They are reasonably priced, patient & easy to work with. I am a very specific, organized down to the "T" kind of person and my project required someone who listened and followed precise direction. They accomplished that without hesitation... For being a shop that uses a computer on a regular, they sure failed themselves by not using spell check. I understand that I write sloppy, nonetheless, for a company not be able to distinguish words by simply clicking spell check show a low level customer service. I went for business cards to be made, yes the final product came out good. However, as far as price is concerned it's my own fault for not price checking because I could have done a little more research. But I will not going back to them. read more

I'm being extremely generous by giving this place a 1 star. And it's because it's required to leave a review. So I'm starting my own business and I need business cards and flyers and since this place is right by my house I decided to give it a try. This place is such a mediocre place. I got the package of 1,000 cards and 1,000 flyers for $206. They ask for a deposit before they even begin working. This price supposedly includes the DESIGN and printing. The designers shouldn't even be called designers because they don't design anything. Now, I've complained numerous times and asked for my money back and they won't give it back. All the "proofs" they've sent are crap to say it nicely. I've gotten so frustrated that I ended up designing everything myself and even then they can't get it right. After this experience, I wish I would've paid more somewhere else than so little for this mediocre place. read more

This place is such a rip off, really bad customer service and lazy employees. When we came to an agreement of what I wanted everything seemed well, I paid my deposit which is non refundable! Then as they began to do the work it was a whole different design as what we initially planned out. I then spoke to the employee told him that; that wasn't what we agreed too and he said if we want to change it it'll be more of charge ! Think twice before deciding to have them do your work! If I could put 0 stars I would. This place is a rip off. They make you order large quantities of business cards, flyers and shirts whether you want to or not so they could charge more. Prices are super high. The business cards my husband and I bought are not even cut straight. They ask for deposits on everything before they even start working on the stuff. They charge you money to make a template design for your shirts and tell you if you need more shirts to just take them in since you already paid for the template and they already have it that they could print as many as you like. They don't especify each time you take shirts it has to be a quantity of 12! I went in today and took 2 shirts and the woman with glasses that wears red lipstick that works in the front told me that if I wanted those two shirts printed so they look just like the ones they already had done for me she had to charge me what she charged me when I ordered 12 shirts. So basically over 70 dollars for the two shirts, it is not cool they act like that , When my husband and I have ordered our shirts, business cards and flyers here. So I wasted money on the shirts and gas for nothing. That woman in the front with glasses that wears red lipstick and works in the front is very unprofessional, rude and has a bad sarcastic attitude in person and over the phone. Please don't waste your money in this place. It's not worth it. They have bad customer service and they don't care to work with the customer especially when you spend a lot of money in here. This place is not good, spend your money somewhere else. I ordered some business cards from them and every-time I called to check on the status the man who answered had no clue about it. I was told they would be ready on Wednesday and I received them two weeks late!!! These guys are unprofessional and have no type of good customer service skills. I love their work. I've been getting stuff printed here for three years and every time they seem to impress me. It's not the cheapest or most expensive, their pricing is in between. They're also friendly and explain things correctly. And if you don't want to come in they work well through email and phone, but make sure you're detailed at explaining what you want. read more

Bad customer service. Wont be back. First of all we order sign for our store. They did it with wrong material. They already charge($150) us with one we ordered. I took it back. They said they re sorry. They did it again but when i went there to pick them up, the guy who is in charge there, he was like we need to charge difference. What the heck. what difference. I paid the difference whatever he said. They dont even speak english, they can't explain nothing. At the first place he was gonna charge me ($169 extra) according to him that was the difference. Plus, i already paid the tax of $150. He charged $16 tax for the $19 difference. He is really good at Math. Bad customer service, bad artwork. read more
