Serrano's is located across from City Hall downtown. It is picturesque as a previous Yelper mentioned and it is a quaint area that is great for biking or walking. They do have outdoor seating. Customer Service: 8/10 We were greeted warmly by our server who kept our drinks and chips topped off throughout the visit. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The establishment was clean with bright decor and everything was well cared for. They also had great-sized margaritas. Food: 2/10 Despite the great customer service and location, the food was not good. Hubby and I both ordered the beef chimichanga meal. Out of all the Mexican places I have eaten, this was the sparsest serving of beans and rice I have seen! If you are super hungry, do not expect to have a portion size that will fill you up. The sprinkle of lettuce and tomato on the side was laughable. There was little to no flavor of the food and there was nothing exciting about the presentation. The chips were hot and crispy, but the salsa was too onion and cilantro forward, which overpowered the freshly cut tomatoes the sauce was made out of. Our meal was $30 total after tip, which is affordable for the two of us to eat out. Overall: 3/10: The locals love this place, but it is a pass for me.
