Depends on what you order. The Mexican is consistently ok. The Chinese is hit and miss, mostly miss, anymore. Tonight we had take out. Two combinations. The General Tso chicken was lousy. Not bad; absolutely inedible. Wife said it had a distinct cooked in rancid old cooking oil taste. Both had fried rice. Looked like fried rice, but near mush consistency. Flavor was bland. My sweet and sour chicken was just, ok. Once the dry unglazed pieces at the bottom were dredged into the pooled sauce. It seems the cook got lazy. Last time for us. This makes about 3 out of about 6 times we threw something major out. That's on us. We had hope. PS, you can see by the reviews that something changed since six years ago. The food is so so and it keeps changing. It's very hit and miss which is pretty disappointing, and I just had take out and it was overpriced for the amount of food I received. A major issue is that it's partly a bar but the music is always L O U D past 7pm. Its really not a family restaurant past a certain time so try not to bring your family during that time. Sometimes the bar scene is crash even at 3pm. There's patrons coming in and out at all hours after 4pm, and they smoke RIGHT outside the door and it's so uncomfortable to walk past them trying to enter. The manager does nothing about it and cater too much to the drunk people. It's absolutely wild how loud the music was when I tried to get my food the other day. It blew out my drums it was so loud. They focus too much on the bar scene and not at all on the dining atmosphere. It's pretty disappointing how big and miss the whole place is. read more

Stay away! Bland beef fajitas & spotty service. I said I didn't want the rice and beans and apparently the waitress thought that meant I also didn't want the guacamole, sour cream & pico de gallo. I told her, yes I DID want those items, please bring them. She took another table's order then disappeared in the back for what felt like ever. I then told the other waitress I was missing my side items. Long story short: disappointing food. My sisters orange chicken was good, but the honey wine chicken wasn't great. I have been wanting Chinese food since moving to Conconully. I stopped by today to try this Mexican/Chinese restaurant (only Chinese food in town) and was received quickly by the staff. The place being empty except for the bar, and being unfamiliar with the menu, I asked for more time to browse the multi cultural food choices, as I also love Mexican food. But, as tempting as it was, I came in for Chinese food. I sat at the bar and ordered a margarita on the rocks with salt while I waiting for my order to get cooked. The drink was fantastic. Lots of Rock salt, healthy amount of alcohol, with the perfect smooth taste I had hoped for. Talked with the local, including the bartender who promoted his band, and had a just fine time. Food order came up and I paid, left a tip, and drove 16 miles to home before opening my Chinese food from hell. Three overcooked fried shrimp and some sort of tough chicken (almond fried) that was really pieces of breading on tough chicken. The rice is probably the most disgusting rice ever...with frozen green peas and carrot squares (picture TV dinner mixed peas and carrots) that were off color (not green and orange, but pale versions of it) and sticky undercooked (unbelievable) rice. This luncheon meal was $10.99 without the drink. This is the worse Chinese food I have ever seen, or tasted. My dog ate the chicken, tough as it was. I ate the three fried shrimp (basic okay) and the rice ended up in the trash. Recommend the drinks...forget the Chinese food. read more

Cool little restaurant. Went with the Chinese. The best eggdrop soup I've had in a long time. Nice thick broth with lots of veggies. Most places serve it with just broth and a couple peas. Not this place! Very good. I had the pick 3 combo, almond chix, sweet and sour pork and chowmein w/ an egg roll. The chowmein was ok. The almond chix and s & s pork were both really good. The sweet and sour sauce was more sour than sweet. I kinda preferred it over the usual sickenly sweet sauce most places serve. Great, super friendly service and the price was right. read more

My husband and I love to support local business.....but with this said, we were very disappointed our meals. My husband ordered the beef fajitas, that were unremarkable. The chips were not warm and probably a generic bagged type that you find at the store. The salsa was very similar to store bought jarred salsa, and the tortillas were stale. I ordered the the lunch special of almond chicken, chow mien, fried rice, and an egg roll. The almond chicken consisted of chicken nuggets/bites with a luke warm gravy, the entire meal tasted and looked like the frozen Chinese food that you can purchase at the grocery store.....a error in judgement that most people only make once. I am surprised that any restaurant would serve such below par food. read more

Just had the most amazing dinner and service at Los Gallo's in Omak. I had Generals chicken, almond chicken with fried rice. The food was SUPER DELICIOUS!!!!!
