El Pastor tacos is why you come here. This is a sit down restaurant where a waitstaff serves you. It's quick and tasty. The tacos come with a slice of pineapple and soft corn tortillas. The condiments are on the table: onions, cilantro, salsa, jalapeños, etc. I highly recommend this place for el pastor tacos and flan. The flan servings are huge.

I was here for one thing and one thing only. Al pastor. And theirs are just fine, I wouldn't however put them in any top of class categories as I've had better even in the surrounding area. A little less crunchy, a little less moist and a little less favorable than I'm used to. However their fame is unquestionable as they are busy and featured on Netflix's taco chronicles. A visit would not be a waste of stomach space and area has lots of culinary gems.

    The outside, busy tacos!

Typical Mexican taco place that has history. The standouts were Lungua, Tripa and Caveza. The Pastor was truly mediocre. Fast great service, so order 3 tacos at a time. If you order more at a time they'll get cold and that is no Bueno. It's always busy but they go fast. Take cash!

The best tacos in town! I have never had a delicious taco de tripa the way I had it today. Wow everything's was just wow! delicious tacos and Jamaica. Definitely recommend to go and get a taco de tripa, cabeza and costilla. Get the costilla with cheese, you'll love it! The service was great! They all are super humble and welcoming. Definitely my favorite spot for tacos in Mexico City!

The line is fast since this is not a sit down spot. There is seating next door to the taco stand, but they are not affiliated with the restaurant and you need cash to pay for a table. We opted to stand at the counter. Overall, the tacos are really well cooked and so tasty. We got an order of each meat taco. My favorites were the steak and filet. I would love to go again, it was a good taco.

For its notoriety I expected a more grand storefront but it was just a standard food stall. You line up to order and pay and then they give you your food. You can take your food to go or grab one of the few tables next to the shop. The unique thing about this taqueria is that they cook their meats in slabs and place them on the tortillas as-is. They don't chop up your meat into dices and they don't have the typical taco proteins you'd expect either. We ordered most of the meats: steak ($58 MXN), rib ($88), filet ($77), and chop ($88). My favorites were the steak and chop. The rib was a little tough. All the meats tasted better with salt and I liked the green salsa on top. These weren't the best tacos I've ever had but they were good. While its Michelin star meant that I had to try it, I probably wouldn't go back.

They clear the plates as soon as you're done. They are very attentive. They provide 5 different types of salsa and limes. Most were too spicy for me - disclaimer: I don't do spicy salsa. Those who enjoy spicy or hot will probably enjoy them.
